Valentines day delivery never made it to my office because of the weather. (I made it to work so the weather wasnt that bad) Delivery guy called me after business hours and said he would deliver to my house instead. Never made it. My boyfriend called them 3 times the next day and they assured him they would deliver between 1 and 4pm. Never made it and never called. He called them back at 5pm and they said they would deliver before they closed. Never made it and never called. Who does that??? Ive never heard of such bad customer service.

I honestly have never heard of this place until today from searching around google. I needed a last minute thing to send to the Mister for his birthday and a place that was able to deliver TODAY!! They worked with me and made sure he would receive it before he left work at 5pm today. After I placed the order he got the order in less than 2 hours. He loved the cookie cake by the way. Thank you so much for working with me even though it was very last minute. Much appreciation!!!

I was very impressed with the customer service. I had an issue and some questions and the Voorhees employees took care of everything, called me back and answered my emails. They were a pleasure to deal with! I was at the hospital visiting my sister in law when the cookies were delivered and they exceeded my expectations! They were a nice size and they were delicious! Will definitely be ordering directly from this location again!

I utilized Cookies by Design for a Valentines Day gift for my wife. The customer service was great. The cookies were delivered on time. And the cookies were fantastic (my wife brought some home for me.) Each cookie was individually wrapped so each one was still moist and chewy days after delivery. My wife really enjoyed them too. ~ We both especially enjoyed the Red Velvet cookie!

Beautiful creations! It was he perfect addition for my sisters bridal shower! The customer service is beyond amazing! They assisted me with my order over the phone and helped me to my car! The best part was that the cookies looked great and tastes amazing! They customized my order to make it personal for my sister! Will definitely be back!!!
