Let me start by saying the employees who work here are awesome. Great attitude and for the most part very helpful. Always smiling. When I dine in the person who brings my food is always super pleasant. The reason Im giving 3 stars is because my food is never right and although their customer service makes up for it, it still is what it is. The last time my order was just not right-i went through the drive thru ( I ordered a salad and subbed the chicken with avocado) there was a half of a half of avocado, it wasnt ripe and there was a bit of black skin on it. My salad was supposed to have pecans and had none. The manger did rectify the situation by giving me a free salad for my next visit. But this has happened over 6 times and I dont frequent this place very often. So basically every time I go my order is incorrect. Just imagine ordering in the drive through and getting to you destination and your order being wrong ... total disappointment.

longest drive through experience in my life. Ive been to plenty of panara bread locations, all of which have been great . Except this location. My recent visit had me in the drive thru for literally 20 mins. When I finally get up to pay I realize they gave me a whole salad when we clearly asked for a half. Then when I bring it to her attention she says well u can just keep it cuz we would only throw it out. So I ask to be refunded the difference and then she snaps back with an attitude. So she asks for my card and receipt and closes the window. Then, she opens it back up and says give me the salad. Wow. Really? OK no problem, so I hand it back and of course they re -make it to be half even tho she told me the rest would be thrown out. So then I ask for a receipt with the adjusted refund and she tells me thats not possible. Really? So I ask for a manager and of course she produces a receipt. From start to finish....terrible.

First and foremost, Panera is an excellent chain. Great food quality and variety with slightly higher than average prices. This location is relatively new which is made apparent in the performance of the staff. I feel confident that in time they will find their rhythm. Only a few times has my order been mixed up but was immediately corrected without hassle. The interior is cozy and well laid out. The drive thru is a novel idea but is a bit ambitious due to the fact Panera is not fast food. Others who comment negatively on this should be aware the wait times come with the territory. Pastries are always fresh and plentiful and I have yet to receive anything less than delicious. The cross key area was in desperate need of something this modern. Hands down my favorite spot.

I love Panera Bread! My review is for take-out only as so far I have never eaten inside. I have ordered take out many, many times since the first week they opened. I have ordered a very wide selection from their varied menu and never been disappointed. Their food is delicious! All their produce, meats and cheeses, breads and soups are fresh and delicious. Their staff is friendly. My one complaint and reason for four and not five stars is that on several occasions since theyve been open and my numerous orders, theyve omitted an item. Theyve taken care of it -- and now we always take time to carefully check our order before we leave, and I recommend that everyone does that. But its well worth it!

Was super excited to learn there was a Panera near me and with a drive thru! Went there tonight for the first time. Ordered a chicken Caesar with no croutons. The person taking my order confirmed no croutons and asked if the warm french bread was ok and I said yes. I get home ready to eat my salad and not only is the no warm French bread (but a sorry ol roll in its place), there appear to be extra croutons that I have to pick out :( besides that the service was good. The woman at the window was very pleasant. Just check your order before you drive off or you may end up annoyed like me lol

The food is delicious. I can actually eat this food with my gluten allergy and it doesnt bother me. I wish we had discovered this place instead of going to Wawa that one morning! At least the food here is healthy and EDIBLE. And the coffee isnt toilet water like Wawa is proud of theirs. Its finally nice to have a healthy option. Please put a location at the beach. My only gripe is the automatic lights in the bathroom shutting off on you while using the facility. Great customer service, the staff is very friendly, courteous and professional. Very clean cafe. We need a lot more of these.

This morning I asked for a large coffee extra cream no sugar. She gave me a cup of cream, i kid you not. Maybe there was an ounce of coffe in there because it was not complete white but cream colored. I am pretty sure she did it to be smart. This happened on june 18 2015 at 10:23:30. Receipt nimber 3080 trans 5735 check number 1374430 order 130. I noticed that theres no number next to cashier. Yeah, she did it on purpose. It was th fat big girl.

So I usually like Panera....good food and generally nice people but today I decided to go for breakfast! I have no complaints about the employees other than someone gave me disgusting egg white and basically my whole sanwhich looked like a joke. I smelled it right away and I knew something was up. Unfortunately my grandma ordered the same as me and threw up..... really dont recommend serving rotten eggs to your customers. Disappointing...

This place blows. The employees are good, but they get my order wrong literally every single time. I think there is a better chance of Jesus Christ coming back than them getting my order right just one time. And this has nothing to do with this location but the quantity of the food just get less and less, but the price increases. Whats gonna happen in like 10-20 years? We will be getting sample sizes and well be paying $50 for a meal

the locations is beautiful, causal and modern with an array indoor and outdoor seating. the staff is friendly and the food is delicious. however, they did have to remake our order because the food did not come out as we would have liked. Prices are a little overrated but I would go back again without hesitation.

Every time I go to this location the drive thru employees are always rushing me and are always rude. Also my food is usually always wrong even if the receipt is correct, and the portions just keep getting smaller and smaller. Ive given the benefit of the doubt many times, but nothing ever changes.

If your short on time, then stay away from the drive thru, the service is good and so is the food, place very clean. My biggest disappointment is the serving portions, theyre not consistent often Ive gotten chicken noodle soup without the chicken maybe a carrot or two, along with other meals.

Cant go wrong for the youpick2. They bring the food to your table also which is a big help when you have multiple people (like kids). Taking a knotch off the stars due to pricing (it really is expensive overall) and the reward system seemed to have been scaled down
