HOME IMPROVEMENTS, LLC AND I MUST SAY THEY ARE THE BEST BURGER KING EVER I GO THERE EVERY DAY AND MOST NIGHTS TO GRAB A BITE TO EAT WHEN GETTING OFF FROM MY LONG DAY OF WORK THEY GIVE GOOD SERVICE AND I ALWAYS HAVE IT MY WAY (SMILE) WELL DONE. THEY ARE DOING A GOOD JOB HOLDING UP THE BURGER KING NAME CAUSE A LOT OF THESE PLACES BE IN BAD CONDITION NOT GOOD OR SAFE AT ALL BUT THE MANAGERS AND THE TEAM SEEMS TO HAVE IT TO GATHER THANKS TEAM BURGER KING YALL KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK AND ILL KEEP COMING .

As i arrived to the drive thru order my food specifically. When i got the food it was cold, the fries seem like they were sitting there for a long time as they were cold and dry. I told the manager Marc that i didnt want them to make the burgers again as I was disgusted. He did not want to give me my money and told me to call an office number. Im still in the process of getting my money back. But I will never eat at that location again. worst customer service and the manager was arguing with me.

The manager, I think her name was Felicia, short little firey thing, is rude and has no patience with the team members. She short and if I change my order and he needs help she snaps as if why didnt you get it right the first time. She seemed overwhelmed working the drive thru and managing a team. No time management and disrespectful. I would never hire her for my establishment.

The worst experience the food was cold asked for new ones they both were cold also the manager was exstreamly rude the was hair in second sandwich just threw away food and went to McDonalds couldnt pay me to return to this Burger King the old white lady who was manager needs to find new line work customer service definitely isnt her forte

I ordered a veggie burger one time because I am a vegetarian and it took them 20 minutes to make it which sucked but it turned out really good.
