We come in every Thursday after my daughter has tennis every time all is good. Tonight we go in order nachos they come out wrong waitress brings them back to kitchen to have them remade with out the lettuce and tomato all the do is scrape off the lettuce and tomatoes and top half of the nachos put more cheese on top and send it back out so we ended up with half an order of nachos with no chilli Then Manger comes over to table and tells us that is the way we do it now and they where right sorry. I was not trying to get anything for free I wanted them to make me another one they did not. The customer is always right I like good food and have no problem paying for it but then waited 45 min for the rest of our dinner. Not happy waitress was very nice Manger needs to go back to tranning. Total bill 71.04 for 3 apps and and 2 kids meals they lost a customer over $10 nachos. We have been coming to this restaurant for over 30 years but to be treated this way was wrong I did not ask for them for free I just wanted them made the way I wanted them. Even waitress noticed they where not right. I gave the waitress 20% tip because I understand it was not her falt

My husband and I had dinner at The Pour House while briefly in Red Bank, NJ for a family funeral. I had the blackened chicken sandwich made into a wrap and he had a chicken panini. Outside of my husbands chicken being slightly dry, everything tasted great and I ate almost my entire wrap, sweet potato fries, pickle and some of the cole slaw. After leaving the restaurant my stomach began to feel upset. Upon returning to the hotel, I became very ill. Im not sure if the chicken was under cooked, or something else on my sandwich had gone bad, but I was most definitely sick for a few hours afterwards. The restaurant itself is very cute, the service was decent (wait times could be improved) and the table we sat at was tucked against the wall in the bar area, but we enjoyed our visit overall. Had I not gotten sick, Id have ranked this place much higher. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I have to rate it this low. Hopefully my experience was a fluke, and if you decide to go to the Pour House, you have a great meal and dont experience what I had to afterwards.

Very very consistent. Awesome rustic feel. Very inviting. This is the everyday, come as you are restaurant and bar. Many couple come to sit at the bar. What I mostly love about the place is the grill Behind the bar. As a previous bar/restaurant owner, I think this is one of the staple feature within this restaurant. It is old school, but highly appreciated. Having your wings grilled right in front to of you not only gives you the impression of fresh, but piping hot. One other staple is that fact that you have fresh popcorn to enjoy whether you are having "one and done" or sitting for awhile. I definitely recommend this restaurant for a laid back night out. This is not for the fancy night on the town (unless that is what you consider fancy.) (For fancy go visit George, Taso and Charlie at the Bistro in Red Bank or Teak in Red Bank (same owners)) but this is perfect for everyday. Dont want to cooknow and want something consistently good.... this is it.

I ordered the Bistro Chicken Trio, (Blackened Chicken Breast with sauteed onions, etc). I get what looks like soft chicken tacos. I ask the waitress is this what I ordered because it doesnt look anything like the description and it comes with rice and beans not fries (so she brings the beans and rice). She said yes thats it. So I eat only the chicken leave the rest and the beans were not beans they were the refried paste. (Not to mention iceberg lettuce as salad.) So I ask for the menu and read it over and find that she did bring me tacos. I tell he and she says oh Im sorry my mistake and walks away, never offering to make it right or discount the price. So I ended up paying $18.00 for a few strips of chicken. No Tip.

Always love the food here.. big portions at a good price. The atmosphere used to be better but now is more of a sports bar w/ multiple annoying flat screens in every dining room and the walls littered with inflatable promotional items branded with liquor companies. However, the CHEDDAR SAUCE alone is worth the trip. Mmmm, Ill take some more cheddar on my cheddar please.. oh and can I have a side of cheddar? Service is hit or miss, but Kelly is my favorite server... ask for her!

We Got Sick. My wife and I used to really like the prime rib special at the Pour House on Sundays and Wednesdays. But recently when we went we both got sick, severe gastrointestinal distress. Usually when that happens I write the place off of the list. Bur we really liked the prime rib special, so we gave it another shot, and GOT SICK AGAIN. Im not sure, but I think it might have been the bleu sneeze dressing. So be careful with what you order here.

There is always a lot on the menu at Pour House. It ranges from heavy bar food to salads. You get to choose. Havent had a bad meal or bad service here and Ive been coming for years. Our go-to place for football. Those who pan this place for not being a gourmet restaurant should remember that it is not meant to be a gourmet restaurant. What they do is plenty and very good. Thanks to Ms. Wu especially. Delicious!

My home away from home. Much like Cheers. Have dinner here several days each week. Fantastic food, great sight line to the multiple monitors for sports events. Personable and amenable staff. Great drinks. Open Mondays. Great hours, reasonably priced drinks, nice specials. Whats not to like?

This is a nice little place to go with some friends to have dinner and drinks. Average size dining room and bar. I had the wiener schnitzel was nothing to write home about but I wouldnt complain about it either...liked that it was on the menu. Average place = average rating.

Decent standard craft beer selection with great food in absurd portions. Service can be spotty as the bartenders seemed to be running around doing multiple jobs. The staff was extremely friendly though so no issue on that side.
