For the people that know me, theyre probably wondering why Im taking the time to write up this review over here for the South Amboy location and not praising at the fact that theres a White Castle closer to where I live. Heres the thing: Its because this one is better at what they do. The first thing, for anyone who has visited the other White Castle location in Morganville, NJ, is that the service here isnt pitifully slow. Over at the other location, they would take 5 minutes more than the receive date for an online order. Here, everythings on time and they can accommodate to make your online order earlier and quicker if you arrive before the due time. Not to mention, someone elses order of a good amount of sliders took a reasonable amount of time to prepare and serve. This location is great on timing and management! The second thing is that the food is served nice and piping hot. You can feel it from the bun and taste the freshness. Its great to know that theyre concerned about the food quality and can manage to make it all served well! If you live in the Manalapan-Marlboro area and youre on your way further north anyway, just go ahead and skip the Morganville location and drive up to this one. Hopefully, one day, Morganvilles location steps up their game and reads this and acts upon it. Maybe then theyll get an equally good review as this location!

Never had any issues with this location, primarily picked up food from the drive through during late nights. Staff took the order and prepared the food fast, and the people at the window seem nice enough. The only reason i didnt give it more stars is because its white castle...The food is ok at its best, but still delicious enough to be appealing.

The place is always quite empty when I come here but man oh man does this place give you the runs, and I mean runs!. Last time I came here I ate the mac and cheese "nibblers" within the hour I couldnt hold it in thank goodness I dont live far from the GWB I ran to my bathroom and exploded oh man I barely had time to sit before it came out rushing.

White castle is the worst establishment Ive ever been in the food is gross the floors are gross the employees are gross the bathrooms are gross I saw someone even mop the grill with the same mop they used in the bathrooms it was very disgusting one out of five stars I also had horrible wind from the food and they had to mop up parts of my diarrhea

Terrible, every single time my order is screwed up, food taste like trash, i use to stop here every night after work and not once was my order correct, it always read correctly on the screen but after I get my food its all wrong, and then they give me attitude about fixing my order, this white Castle is the worst white Castle I have ever been to

Food is yummy, hot, prompt! I have no complaints, all good. Definitely worth stopping here for your white castle. (That is what 5 stars means!) (I never understand why people who leave fantastic reviews dont give full stars...? Is it just me? Or, at restaurants, the people who leave excellent reviews & leave mediocre tips.)

Wonderful place and WONDERFUL workers. I needed ice water to take my heart meds and they gave me a big cup of ice water for free where as McDonalds and speedway on rt 9 on the opposite side wanted to charge me. I will never go there again for business. I will always take my business to white castle. Thank you white castle.

Have never had a problem with an order,usually prompt and have only waited a while when there is a line out to the road from the drive thru. Dont use online ordering or the app though or youll be wasting your time.
