Honestly the worst experience I have EVER had anywhsre. The entire meal came out 1 item at a time and everything g was wrong. The fries were ice cold the fried pickles were cold and disgusting. We spoke to the manager who was even worse than the food. Having been in the industry for more tha. 30 years as is my husband , we are appall ed at the awful food serviceand managemenf. The only good even great thni g about this visit was Michael who was at the front counter. I can assure you we will nevsrer go to another smash burger and I will be sure to let everyone know . And we passed. Five guy s to try it... mistake I wish I didnt have to give you a stat

If you havent been to a Smash Burger you dont know what you are missing. This is a top quality burger place. Pretty sure they use Black Angus but dont quote me on that. This location is new so it is clean as you would expect from new construction. The one tip I have is keep an eye out to avoid a table under the air conditioner vent (gets a bit breezy). Try the milk shakes. Delicious...they fill your glass AND give you the extra in the silver colored cup that is used to make the shake.

Gotta admit i wasnt expecting much from a "chain" burger joint. im glad i left surprised. ordered a regular burger with no cheese but bacon, it was absolutely flavorful and cooked perfectly. ingredients were fresh, food was prompt and the rosemary and garlic fries?! AMAZING! The majority of patrons had milk shakes, however I did not get one (trying to eat better, yes I know hypocrisy!) All in all it was a great food and well worth the price.

Food is good. I would not consider this a healthy choice but for a step up from fast food its worth the additional price. Lines can be long so be prepared and have a little patience. The seasoned fries are delicious as is the salted caramel shake. The staff is very attentive and will get an additional items you may need. Tables are always clean as is the bathrooms. GF options are available but cross contamination is likely.

Food was good but I stood in line to order for a very long time and then waited 25 minutes for the food to be ready. TWENTY FIVE MINUTES. Not to mention that the restaurant was a mess - the tables were never cleared off! Not sure Ill be returning any time soon...

Usually a good experience. Tonight took 45 minutes for them to serve my girlfriend. Turns out her food was never made and it was not busy at the time. Also staff was quite negligent to accommodate considering the wait to even be served.

Horrible service. Took 30 minutes to get our food. It was cold and stale. Workers dont wear hair nets or gloves. Food and spilt milkshakes all over the floor. Chemicals were on counters next to food. Health department will be called!!!

As all SmashBurger locations, this one is delicious and fast. Their signature burger, the New Jersey Burger, is done right and always my favorite. Smash Fries are also amazing. I love this place and recommend all the time.

I think that their burgers are shrinking give em another year and they will be serving sliders as regular size burgers. Its tasty but Im still hungry after dropping 12 bucks on a burger and a side salad.

Great place to bring your kids. The high ceiling makes it so that no matter how much noise they make (within reason of course...), they wont bother anyone else. Also the staff are very family friendly.

Honestly it was ALRIGHT. Its a chain, and this is the first SmashBurger Ive been to. The "Smash" Fries were bland, and the overall experience was just weird. Doesnt live up to the hype.
