my fiance and I stopped here at 10 pm on a Monday night after a long day. our food was prepared fresh and served hot. I had a big ol Tex-Mex Wrap (Im a big guy and I only ate half) with a side of rice and beans and a drink. my fiance ordered an Original Cluckwich with mashed potatoes and a drink; the sandwich she got was a Red Roman (crispy chicken breast with garlic sauce, marinara, and mozzarella on a hard roll -- contrary to what my fellow reviewer said, they do make them). not what she ordered, I think they had made it for another customer and accidentally swapped it with hers, but she loved it. the mashed potatoes had the potato skins in them, which was awesome. we spent a total of $23 including a tip. cheapest place going? no, but I would be happy to come back. another of my fellow reviewers commented that they use a microwave. I cant say for sure that they dont have one, but there is a pretty clear view of the kitchen from the front counter and I didnt notice a microwave.

Chicken tenders and fries are good, but other items kind of suck. Rude on the phone, and food is WAY too expensive, especially if youre ordering delivery. For example, they list "value packs" on their menu, which are combos such as wings, a side, and a drink. They have a note along the bottom saying that you can make it a size larger for an upcharge if you want. Thats fine, BUT, if you want delivery, they claim that they can only deliver a large.. thereby taking away your option to order the smaller size for delivery. Really? You can only deliver the larger size? Why is that? Also, they nickel and dime you over everything. To have a sprinkling of tomatoes or beans added to your nachos will be $0.57 each... your order of chicken fingers or wings comes with ONE honey mustard or blue cheese... extras will be an extra charge. Im surprised they dont charge for napkins.

Third time in a row theyve sent us the wrong things. This time we waited an hour to get TWO wrong items on a 3 item order. Cluck U is delicious, but try another location. Super disappointed, Red Bank location used to be great. Also, only one item was warm... and it wasnt even what we ordered. Thats just insane.

Nothing like microwaved food and getting charged like it was fresh cooked. I heard the place was sold and the new owner is letting the kitchen staff run the place. The old owner would have fired any one who pulled the microwaved food crap on his customers

I ordered the chicken sandwich combo with fries and they were fantastic, also got 2 pieces of chicken just to try it and it was ok but Ive had better. Id definitely go there again but not for died chicken.

Chicken was unseasoned cardboard on a bone. I think they are perfecting a way to fossilized food. NOTHING was even remotely decent. YUCK!!!!!
