Two stars instead of one because of the salad and breadsticks! Went here with a friend after a day of traveling and the wait was excessive. Not the wait getting into the restaurant, but the weight for the food after we placed our order. It was later in the evening, around 8 pm, and the food still took over half an hour to come. Unfortunately, the salad and breadsticks came with the meal instead of before. By the time we finished the salad and breadsticks the meal had gone cold. I got the tour of Italy, the same meal I have been getting for years, and the portion size has really gone down. I was done with the fettuccine in about four bites. I was still hungry so I ordered more salad and breadsticks afterwards. I hope they turn this around because, even though I dont consider this authentic Italian, I have enjoyed coming to the Olive Garden for years!

If youre planning to go I recommend going onto their website and "getting on the list" if its a long wait. People at the door were fussing it was a 45 minute wait, when we went online and walked right through. Extremely busy obviously service was gonna be decently slow, we got our main course food about 70 minutes after we got there. The salad and bread sticks were the best part. Everything else was really bland. I got the Alfredo and the noodles were burnt like they were stuck to the bottom of the pan and got stuck together and burnt, my husband got the shrimp Alfredo and he said the same. Extremely loud people including workers in the restaurant the workers had absolutely no reason to yell and act like idiots cleaning off a table. First time being at a olive garden and wasnt impressed at all, wont be coming back, Ill stick to scottos or Marias.

Stopped in for dinner with a family of 6, 3 adults 3 children. The waitress was pleasant and took the order at 815pm . We waited until after 930 to get the order. The appetizers came, no plates, no silverware. The food came out and my grandaughters speghetti and mine were hard and dry from sitting under the heat lamps. Spoke to a male manager, who seemed not to care and questioned my description of the food. I refused to pay for 2 meals and left. I do not recommend this location with a mngr. that has a shi--y attitude. I will be contacting the HQ of olive garden to complain.

Horrible service. We normally come here for a fast lunch and sit in the bar area. The person running the bar area doesnt realize that people need to eat and get back to work in a timely manner. She kept making excuses of the kitchen messing up the orders but when the last order (a replacement mind you) came out it was cold. Our painful ordeal lasted an hour and 45 minutes. It seems that they were other people that had the same problem. The server just kept telling us the manager will take care of it. That never happened. Wont be back here.

Went there for the first time yesterday with my wife and the food was terrible, we ordered a fried cheese appetizer it was soggy, spicy and greasy, the waiter was ok, my wife ordered the lobster ravioli and they were terrible, extra cheesy not too much flavor, I ordered the chicken scampi and the chicken was rubbery, the only delicious part of the meal was the salad.we will never go back to that particular olive garden again, a side note we have been to other olive gardens in the past and we have not had an experience like the one in ramsey nj

Went there for dinner waitress was nice then my kid went to another table empty one started to play with check Machince toy and a old lady rudely said now u have to pay for it and walked away. 65 dollar bill 20 percent tip and this not even our waitress says this. I was going buy 100 dollar worth gift cards for the holidays but decided last time I will give them any money.

My family has eaten here over the past years and we have seen good and bad staff, he meals are always the same. Once more I would say this is hit or miss on the service. We have had great service and no service resulting in us walking out. It is all about timing, if it is dead on a weekday, it is great. If it is the weekend forgetaboutit!

This is a busy Olive Garden. Service is good and wait staff is attentive and does their best even on the busiest of days. GF alternatives are available including pasta but Corsa contamination is likely. I can only hope one day there will be a GF version of their bread sticks! Parking can be difficult when it is crowded.

Rebecca M was probably the greatest waiter ever, we had such promt service and quick sequence of meals. She made the guest feel comfortable and was patient to every request. From the host that allowed us to charge our phone on the stand to the minute we left were smiles all around. Best Olive Garden in the state.

I cant believe they have the audacity to claim they serve "authentic Italian food". Anyone who knows food will tell you this is not representative of authentic Italian food. Everything there is cream-this, alfredo-that, and comes delivered frozen and pre-prepared.

Standard Olive Garden experience. Good service, appetizers were delicious, but the main courses were not good. Waitress was very gracious and took the charge off our bill. Come here to hang out and have some apps, dont expect great Italian food.

Most of the meals Are a bit pricey so we usually get unlimited soup, salad & breadsticks or one of the promotions. There is a good selection of soups, I especially love the zuppa Toscana. The salad is delicious, not your typical "house salad"

Not really a pasta person. Ive always liked Olive Garden. This location Ive given three chances, and it has failed each time. I never have an issue with the food here. Its the wait staff here just not friendly or into what they are doing.

AS ALWAYS THE FOOD WAS EXCELLENT! HOWEVER THE WAITER WAS NOT! HE WAS VERY 4GETFUL & NOT BRINGING WAT WE ASKED. THE MAN FROM THE KITCHEN THAT BOUGHT OUR DINNER OUT WAS MORE ATTENTIVE THEN OUR WAITER WAS.
