We order from Man Hing once or twice a month. The food isnt bad and my daughter considers it a treat so this tends to be one of our regular places when we decide to order. I have never had such a bad experience ordering as we did tonight. Nothing crazy, dinner for 3, but when the food finally arrived an hour later (they are usually very quick), our order was incomplete. We immediately called the restaurant and the girl who took our order admitted that she forgot to write down the soup, didnt charge us, and that she would send it right over. When the soup arrived 30 minutes later (90+ minutes after we ordered), I was surprised that the driver wanted $2.20 for the soup. I told him to keep it, that we had already eaten. The driver got flustered so we called the store to explain what happened and the owner was adamant that we should pay for the soup. We explained that the girl that answered the phone admitted to making the mistake and that we werent paying for a soup that took 90 minutes to get delivered. I normally dont write reviews, good or bad, but the owners attitude and disinterest in doing what was right for a long time customer left a bad taste in my mouth and I felt other customers should order with caution. I know we wont be ordering from them ever again.

This place has great Chinese food and fast. The lo mein, in particular, is fantastic. Their food is always fresh and delicious. Pick-up is your best option. The sit-down area is small and void of ambiance or comfort, and delivery takes forever. Dont bother with it. The same meal will be ready in 10 minutes for pick-up but over an hour if you request delivery. With it right next to the train station, its easy to grab on the way home. TIP: If youre ordering on a weekend or a rainy night, be sure to call early because they get BUSY.

I have been a patron for many years. The last 2 times ive ordered, I noticed some changes I am not happy with. The Spring Rolls went from ingredients you could recognize i.e. bean sprouts, shrimp..., now they are filled with a chopped concoction and the flavor is terrible. They have also changed the number of ribs in a small order from 6 to 5. Prices have stayed the same and the quality has dropped. I have decided to try elsewhere.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! These guys did not care about the fact that I was ordering, totally disregarded the order and made their conversation in their language priority, I WILL NEVER STOP HERE EVER AGAIN!!!!!! HORRIBLE I dont even want the food

Everyones taste in Chinese food differs, but for me this is by far the best takeout food. And I have always had great service (e.g., when they customize an order for me).
