The Lady who is one of the owners is SO CHEAP she charged me a extra $2.00 for a small extra sauce?? I ordered a stromboli, and asked politely for another container of sauce, she said theres a extra charge $2.00 THATS A CHEAP PERSON who should not be runing a restaurant. If I was running a pizza place, I wouldnt even think twice about giving a customer something extra they asked for, SHES CHEAP, AND DOES NOT know how to treat customers. I never went back again, ALSO... they are very cheap with the way they put sauce on there pizza, its like cheese and bread, because theyre so afraid to use a little extra sauce. JOES PIZZA IN MONTVILLE DOWN THE STREET IS BETTER, AND THEY WILL GIVE YOU EXTRA SAUCE IF YOU ASK FOR IT. ALSO THIS PLACE IS DIRTY, I WENT TO USE THE BATHROOM, AND THEY HAD A SICILLIAN PIE OUT IN THE OPEN NEXT TO THE BATHROOM OF ALL PLACES FOR FLIES TO LAND ON...THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT SHOULD PAY THEM A VISIT.

Montville Pizzeria is one of the best pizza places around NJ! You have to go pay them a visit. They treat you like family and their pizza is great. I dont know why the reviews say the place is dirty, but about a ton of other places are just like that. This place has been open for a LONG time, and maybe thats why? Jeez.. They keep it clean and wipe the tables all the time. If youre in this area, definitely check this pizza place out! Their Chicken Parmgiana is to DIE for, also their Chicken Cutlet and pizza is something you have to try!

I always order my pizza from here. Its consistently great. We have also gotten their chicken cutlet sandwich, which is excellent. Glad we live so close to one of the best pizza places in the area.

As a family owned restaurant, this is my go to place for a pizza pie. The pizza is incredible, and very reasonably priced. They have a great staff, and a family friendly dine-in eating space.
