The first time I ordered from them I ordered boneless spare ribs, tasted terrible. I decided to give them a second try another time due to location convenience and ordered something different, it was decent. To stay on the safe side I ordered the same thing regularly. The one day I decide to try ordering something different again, Im given a hard time. I was given the wrong dish. I called to let them know they didnt hear me correctly when I placed my order. Instead of replacing my order they rather argue with me and not replace my meal with the correct one. Bottom line POOR customer service. I will no longer order from them. Just lost a loyal customer.

Ive gone here about a dozen times because its convenient. They frequently hang up on me while I place my order, dont give fortune cookies (I dont care about that), and never include utensils in the back. If you ask for them they give you an attitude. Also, the food isnt great. Ive tried a few different dishes and havent found one I enjoyed yet. Im not going here again.

I normally order from here but my husband ordered $30 in food they gave us the wrong order but wouldnt listen and was rude the second time there was a strange bug in my rice so we gave up.

They have a clean reputation. They always include fork and sauces and fortune cookies. They send the wrong order once, but in general is ok. I always order for delivery.
