Went with my family this past December. We were seated quickly and the menu looked great. For appetizers we ordered Shrimp tempura rolls and pork dumplings: they got the two stars in my rating. They were good. Only one criticism for the rolls the nori in the rolls were inedible. Ordered ginger ales and three times we had to send it back because it was flat flat flat, changed to coke and it was the same problem: flat. We just ordered juice. OKAY! Dinner consisted of the following: Two Drunken Shrimp/Happy Pigs (WORST FOOD I THINK I HAVE EVER HAD) - It was basically three jumbo shrimp that were cooked well sauced lightly and a pork shank leg that tasted like the steamed it in a frying pan, not one oz of salt or any seasoning or sauce for that matter, and the baby bok choy was so oversteamed it tasted like sap. Two Hanger Steaks with a veal demi-glace (It looked great, tasted like BUTT; for lack of a better word) - I have no idea what in the world they put in that demi-glace but it was tasteless and disgusting, and the steak tasted like a combined meat I just cant figure out the other taste. The mashed potatoes were just OK. Finally a Salmon dish to round off the worst food my family has ever had. What to say about this one the fish was cooked well but it wasnt anywhere close to good or spectacular. To top it all of, I had to run to my car to speed home because the food gave a couple of us diarrhea (public restrooms are not for me)!!! I usually give places a second chance, but there is no way in hell ill ever step foot in another Dragonfly Restaurant.

Went out last weekend for a buddys celebratory dinner (high five on the promotion, John!) and was really stoked that he decided upon Dragonfly. First of all, this place is great for large parties - spacious, great ambiance, and an extensive menu which is great for all those picky people that inevitably show up in large get togethers. Ok, ok... I am one of those picky people! Shockingly, I was the only vegetarian and while the majority of the party gorged on pork dumplings (apparently delicious) I had most of the spring rolls and edamame. I know it seems impossible to screw up edamame, but let me tell you... some places manage to screw it up! Luckily Dragonfly pulled through with perfectly al dente soybeans. Yum. The group shared everything from 9-spice shrimp to mongolian beef to a huge samurai ribeye, but the biggest hit appeared to be something called the "Happy Pig, Drunken Shrimp" though whether that is because the entree was to die for or whether those slightly inebriated cohorts liked repeating the name, I dont know. The plate left empty, so I assume it tasted as good as it sounded. And yes, inebriation occurred on site, thanks to the lovely and creative cocktail menu ($25 pitcher, sweet!). Highly recommend the vampire margarita. Seriously, it was amazing. Suffice to say, I will be back

Unfortunately, I will never be returning back here. I had a bad experience and hopefully no one will ever have to go through the after effects I went through, which was almost a month of being extremely sick. Not sure, but my doctors believe that it was food poisoning. Both myself and my companion got sick but I had the worse end of the stick. :( I was sick for almost a month. I was very disappointed because I looked forward to eating at this "new" restaurant. Wish though that the Boulder Creek Restaurant was still there instead! (also, there werent that many people in the restaurant....this should have been a red flag for me!)

UNMATCHED CUSTOMER SERVICE + INCREDIBLE FOOD=THE REASON THEY HAVE GAINED A LOYAL CUSTOMER WITH A FOLLOWING. The manager Maureen is a gem. She truly needs to be the prototype to follow as she is the definition of EXCELLENT SERVICE. My first time there, I had an issue and was ready to leave, brought it to Maureens attention and my experience was a complete 360. She really went out of her way to ensure the brand association would be a positive one. I cannot say enough great things about her.Returned in 3 days for happy hour and also ordered take out. Thank you Maureen !

i went their monday and the place was amazing. The manager or owner what ever he was made me feel special. I think his name is Ryan or Bryan. No place ever gave me a shot for my birthday and he shared his food with us. The play list was great and fish tank was outstanding. The service was steady because it was a time framed . I didnt like the rude customers that were next to me. Some people try to con their ways to get free stuff and shouldnt go out. I will come again to this place. Also i heard this place becomes a club on saturday. I cant wait

We ordered the bourbon chicken and the tiger shrimp stuffed with crab meat and when our food came out everything was charred over cooked I bit into a piece of chicken and it was very fatty the presentation was terrible out waiter was good and offered to remove the order off of our bill. We ordered the chicken lettuce wrap for an appetizer and they serve you a half of a head of lettuce which is complicated to take the leafs out individually .... when I come to a restaurant I don’t expect to fight with my food. Never coming here again!

The inside is beautiful with large fish tanks and eye catching decor. The service isnt the best. The servers and bar tenders seem a bit cold and not as friendly as they could be. The food is ok. The best time to go is during the weekdays at night they have half off specials on appetizers and sushi. I enjoy the steamed pork dumplings, edamame, and the sushi is ok but Ive had better sushi. The drink menu needs more variety as well. Dont go on the weekends. No half off specials and the items on the menu are overpriced.

HORRIBLE RESTAURANT that doesnt deserve 1 star. I been here 2x and never again. First time was in February 2015. Everything tasted old. 2nd time was this past weekend. I ordered Bourbon chicken and it tasted like it had been sitting out for days. My hubby pointed out that the food was cold, the sushi fell apart and was not fresh. My husband and I were both sick from our meals. When hubby told the gray haired female manager, she was so blase about. No wifi also.

So I went to a bday dinner last night at dragon fly at the bday girl made reservation for 830pm we get there the host says your table is not ready it will be ready in 10 minutes well 10 minutes turned into a hour.. So we got seated at 930pm. The waitress order our food and we did not get hour food until an hour later so that was at 1045pm… Horrible service I will never go back or recommend this place to anyone… I was disgusted with this place…

I buy food here almost every day until today. Try to make an order an hour before they closed and they dont want to take it. So I personally Go and sit wait for half an hour for someone to come take my Order and I see the cook making hand signals to the waiter that the kitchen is closed like I had not been sitting there for a while waiting to be taken care of. Places beg to have customers but I guess dragonfly has enough of them!!!
