I order from here all the time but today was different..today I was sent a square pizza that was half cooked I called asap and Rickie told me hes sorry the driver mustve taken it out early and said he would send me another and I can keep the bad one I thought OK cool I can put it in the oven later. So my 2 year olds really upset she couldnt eat but another was on the way. 30 minutes later the pizza comes and the delivery girl was standing there waiting Im like do I have to sign something shes like no Rickie said I need the bad pizza Im like oh Rickie said I can keep it. So by time I go get it and bring it out she was on the phone with him and he told her he said I can have it so she said oh he said you can have it that was my mistake Im like no its OK cause thats what I told you from the beginning but now you can take it and just let Rickie know Ill be taking my business elsewhere because that wasnt cool.

I didnt order from there but one of their delivery guy that delivered to my neighbors tap hit the front of my truck!!! Didnt do damage but if he seen me at my door to see what happened he shouldve stopped so we can talk but instead I called telling him that I seen it and he kept saying that he didnt hit it like my eyes was deceiving me playing like I dont know what Im talking about really frustrated and pissed off on how they dealt with the situation unprofessional poor management too he shouldve took better care of the situation

I was with colleagues on hour work break. A coworker and I ordered wraps. EVERYONE got their food and ate and we stood there for 40mins staring at them. Nothing. Finally I told them we need to leave to go back to work so they said "oh" and gave back money. They forgot about it! We stood at the counter for 40 mins!! Did they think we were standing there to watch them?!?! No one asked us anything or even thought about maybe we were waiting for something! Seriously?!?! I guess I am starving...

This place almost reminds you of that pizza shop from that spike lee movie do the right thing...i have lived in this town for years and has never seen a black face working there and they have minor Lil girls working full time lol talk about raping the system.

grew up eating here and is most excellent. been living in ky for almost 20 years and miss their food. its also next to my high school so its a great after school place. PARTY PIZZAS WITH X=CHEESE AND OOH THOSE MEGA FRIES!!!

The Sicilian pizza is decent, cheese steak was not good and you need to be able to do that right to be a good place
