Their Fried Chicken is really good. while I was in Korea, There were a lot of BBQ chicken like more than KFC or Popeyes. Actually, their main menu is not fried chiceken in Korea. "Brick oven Grilled Chicken is their main menu. " soooooooo.......good...; however, its authentic, reliable.. Fresh. So you should try ... cons: Always you have to wait 20 minutes because they cook after you call to place order. In Korea, I had to wait 1 hour cuz its brick oven grilled. I love their smoked bbq, and honey roasted bbq : ) .. TRY their fried chicken. they use really good oil. They have a patent for olive oil, ask ur friend who is cook, u cant fry chicken with regular Olive oil.. so thats special.

Can I give it a 0? Im very big into client satisfaction and to walk into a place when there is absolutely no one else sitting there and not even get a smile hello, how can I help you? Is beyond me... door closes at 9 so you cant eat in here. Customers shouldn be able to stay at your business before the door closes especially if its a 5 to 10 minute difference. From a management point of view.. I would not bother coming food no matter how much I might like their food. I have find better service in KFC.

Excellent! Unlike KFC it is COOKED FRESH and does not sit around!! And they marinate, batter, flour coat and use 27 herbs and seasonings and 100% Olive oil so its the healthiest fried chicken. A GREAT CRUNCH and a little sting of cayenne at the end make this a keeper! The biscuits, cole slaw, and mashed potatoes with gravy are darn good too!

Terrible service! We ordered chicken strips and they were like rubber. They would not refund our money and insisted on "seeing" the said chicken. We obviously tossed it. Isnt the customer always right? I am in the customer service business and when a customer is not satisfied, we make it right. Too bad! We were loyal customers until today!

Amazing food, great service (especially if you get takeout--these guys never get my order wrong). Make sure you get waffle fries with whatever you ordered, theyre always on point. They also cut vents in their takeout boxes!!! So few takeout places get that last part right

This place is amazing. I order from here at least once or twice a week. Food is always fresh, hot and flavorful. I have yet to try something that I have not liked. Staff is always friendly and courteous.
