To be honest the last time visited this place i didnt even get to order any food, I went into the store because i didnt know what to order. I should of just went to go through the drive through because apparently that the only people they serve. I waited for 7-8 minutes without them taking my order what so ever, and I left the store because they did not care to even take my order they were only serving the people at the drive through. In the past that i have ordered from him I have not really liked the food and its a bit expensive and they always mess up the order. The place seems very dirty and unclean especially in the kitchen. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE!

My husband and I have eaten at many Long John Silvers throughout the country so today we decided to share a seafood platter. The food was practically inedible. The fries were cold and overly salted. The hush puppies were cold. The fish fillets were mushy and full of grease and, you guessed it, cold. Several of the 6 shrimp were stuck together so that much of the breading was uncooked and mushy. We had dug in so we did not go up to the counter to ask for another platter, but this platter surely did not safisfy us and scares us off from ever going to Long Johns again -- for sure we wont go to this one!

Its kinda dirty, like cleaning is not their first priority. I ordered a pot pie and it was falling off the sides of the tin pan they gave it to me in. It was also on a plastic plate that you could get at any grocery store. There was no breading under the vegetables and meat that goes in the meal, which left me wonering why, because the insides of it was not good at all. I also ordered a cookie, which was very hard as if it were left out all day. Lastly, I went with my family and it was definitely a struggle figuring out where all 8 of us should sit together.

A small error with my receipt Mr.Pelle Thompson (manager) helped clear the problem with wonderful customer care. I had a great meal, very fresh and wonderful service - Out standing customer service - great to see . Sincerely a very happy customer. I love KFC and now I will only go to the Newburgh Windsor Hwy location, not only is it clean and neat the food is freshs and the services outstanding.... Cheers to all that work at this location......

A friend picked up 20 tenders today for me for company. Have had them from this store in the past and were great. Today tenders was a misnomer, they were more like chicken jerky...hard and dried out did not serve to my guests. I was not a happy camper, these were old and over cooked so quality control lacking. Next will go next door to get my chicken.

I am 17 & im working at this fast food restaurant currently. I can assure anybody that the long john silvers food now is not the way Lisa describes it. I always make sure they have fresh fish chicken planks hush puppies & fresh fries. I have burned my hands way to many times but oh well its money & we provide great service!

Long wait to receive an inaccurate order. Staff was slow moving, lethargic and unmotivated. The dining area was empty, and yet a big dump. Seems like nothing was wiped or sweeped. I understand that this is a fast food joint and I dont expect the greatest of anything here. But if I were a manager here I would be embarrassed.

Food is well made and fresh to order at most times of the day. Its fast most times and in my hands in less than 5 Minutes. I also like that their machines take Samsung pay [NFC payments], So I dont have to dig to pay. Will go back.

This location is now a co-branded KFC / Long John Silvers restaurant. Food is what you would expect for this fast food chain. Dining area closes a bit early on weekends but that may be typical for this town.

Staff was cool , but the kfc menu was limited compared to other in the area. They no longer have the $10 shareable popcorn chicken. They also dont have patato wedges. #depressing
