We came here for breakfast on a Saturday morning. We were happy to see that there were several 2-person tables available. Even still we had to sign in to wait to be seated. There were a couple larger groups ahead of us that they seated first. There was a 4-person group that came in after us that they pushed tables together to seat. There didnt seem up be a dedicated host. All three people on the floor seemed to be helping tables, seating people, and running back into the kitchen. At least one group that came in after us left. After almost 15 minutes I was about to say something when we were finally seated. A few minutes later our waitress, who was very nice, as was everybody else we interacted with, came and took our order for coffee and food. It took a little over 10 minutes for us to get our coffee and then we needed to ask for milk and spoons to stir it, which took several more minutes. My wifes food came out after a bit of a long wait, but my food wasnt ready yet. After watching our waitress (who had said she was new) take orders at 4 tables without checking on my food or turning those orders in, my wife said something to someone else, asking for my food and also syrup and hot sauce. My food came right after that but it took talking to 3 different people to get syrup and hot sauce to the table. The saving grace for this place is that when we finally got our food, it was really good. My wife got the Frying Pan Fry Up. I got Waffle Biscuits and Gravy which is a take on sausage gravy. The food was awesome. Mine was something I had never had before and it was good. On top of this the prices were really good. Overall Id recommend trying this place out, just know that it might take longer than you would expect. They also offer takeout so that may be a good option to just get the food, though, how well it would travel I cant say.

Had a cinnamon waffle and two over easy eggs. The eggs were fine but the waffle was undercooked. Dont usually like to complain so I sat through it since it was just one waffle until it started to hurt my stomach. Told the waitress who asked for another one, until 10 minutes later with no waffle still, I had to ask since I had an Uber waiting outside. Apparently the decision was made that my undercooked waffle wasnt worth replacing since I had eaten more than half of it. Which I get, I tried to be reasonable at first, but if youre not going to serve fully cooked food to your patrons, the least you could do is apologize and not have me waiting to hear a peep. I guess since I had already paid I ceased to exist. I think we all know a business doesnt really have to do anything once the money is in hand, but good businesses and competent managers recognize that a little sacrifice is a good way to establish a customer base. Wont be returning, and maybe thats better for all involved.

I was a little apprehensive to go here for a networking breakfast yesterday after I read all the Yelp and Google reviews about the slow service. Well, yesterday, it was perfect. I got there (Monday @ 9am) and it was bare. Within 25 minutes there were about a dozen people there, though. I appreciated the waitress who was super patient with my ordering as I asked to switch to soy milk twice, questioned the whole wheat waffles, ordered extra food-to-go for my hubby, asked about ingredients and for extra fruit. Whew! She did it all with a smile. The latte was excellent, the smoothie delicious and the waffle soft and perfect. My husband loved the shrimp with cheese grits and the waffle biscuit with gravy. He had one for breakfast and the other for dinner. To top all of this off, everything came within 10 minutes each time. Maybe it was the perfect time to go, I dont know, but I will definitely make this a family outing for sure. The kids are going to love it.

Great good but terrible service most of the servers are great, however one of the waitresses is very rude she forgot part of out order so we can informed her and I was going to order a chia tea latte as well but she walked away to quick she was very short with us though it was not busy and didnt ask if we needed a split check or if we wanted the check when she handed it down, she was clearly just trying to get us out and lied saying their system doesnt do even check splits which it does bc I worked in a restaurant with that same system and always did even split check and the way she split the checks was uneven anyway. All and all I love this place I just really dont like that server my friend wanted to leave a top even tho we had horrible service and I gave it to her after paying the bill and said this is for you referencing the change she had handed me, she just gave me a look and carried on clean no smile thank you or anything.

Rarely do I ever write negatively about a mom-and-pop run shop. They are trying to get by and I will pay a premium and pay in cash to support neighborhood stores. With that said, this place reminded me of the Southpark "Harbucks" episode. Starbucks may be mass-produced watered down drivel, but at least there is quality control. I ordered a double espresso and crepe. Somehow the double espresso manages to only half-fill a single espresso cup. The crema had turned a sickly, wood colored brown, and was luke warm at best (looked as it if had been made 30 minutes prior and then microwaved). The fruit and nutella crepe was $7.50 and only slightly less lackluster. Very small and the banana was unripe. ?Luckily? the plate was covered in canned whipped cream to cover the mediocrity.

We waited to be seated for 30 minutes, no big deal I told my fiancé, I dont mind waiting ever. Waitress took our drink order after 15 minutes of sitting at table. Then did not come back until our food was served 35 minutes later. Im not a complainer but I have never had cold eggs and bacon before. I was so shocked I had to write a review ...our food obviously sat there while we waited for over 35 minutes.... I am so disappointed in this place I really expected better. The waitstaff wasnt very friendly either... Just an overall terrible time, and Im currently waiting for our check at the table which has taken more than 25 minutes already no wonder theres always a wait.

Came here on a Sunday afternoon. It wasnt a terrible wait and the hostess was very mannerly. I ordered a hot chocolate and a savory stuffed waffle. Im usually someone who puts additional sugar in any drink but this hot chocolate was so delicious that it would have been a waste to put sugar in. The waffle was literally stuffed and had good flavor. I was very happy with the food and service. I highly recommend!

The food has never been bad (not that its anything too special either), but the service is consistently pretty poor. It seems as though the entire wait staff is terribly angry at the world, not to mention that they are also pretty inattentive. Our waitress last time never checked on us and we had to continuously ask her to come over so we could get some more coffee or water.
