Every fast food place I go to, I expect a very small amount of decency from the employees. The employees behave like they really do not want to work at this location. Either they are bored, overworked, or not paid enough. Visit this location and then visit the subway in south Brunswick or at the Shoppes at North Brunswick and youll experience a wildly different vibe. I get afraid to ask for anything extra or off the "norm" at this location. The employees just stare at you until you decide what you want to get, which makes me nervous as Im gliding my eyes across the menu. If there are more than one employee, they all seem to speak a different language together, although I know they speak English because they ask me what Id like on my sandwich. The only other reason i can think of to speak a different language, is if theyre bad mouthing the customer. This also makes me feel uncomfortable. Overall, the owner has to work on a lot of things, but most of all, create a more positive environment for employees so that customers are excited to revisit the location. I cannot be the only one who is having these thoughts of this location.

Nasty woman at register. They swipe subway card to add points but wont take them to redeem them !!! Left and walked out after suns made with her stupid.nasty comments. Buy one get one free she tells me. Im one person and I dont eat 2 - 12"subs. Who eats 24" of subs. Will never go back to this place. Seems every time this place gets a new owner it gets worse than the moron before Pass on this location !!! Go to Georges road one or Shopping center by 130 and rt one. Much better and well run and clean.

These people have something against reward points. They wont swipe my rewards card during the month of February because of the current $6 footlong deal... but every other subway takes it. I eat one foot long everyday and now they lost my business for good. Go to the subway at the north Brunswick shoppes, its cheaper, nicer and well trained staff, and actually honor franchise rules.

This is the worst subway Ive ever been too. Waited 10 minutes to put my order in because they had one person working. They were out of bread/meat. They made the chicken bacon ranch differently than any other subway Ive been too. The one employee they had was decent, but you can tell the owner just doesnt care.

Im not one to criticize the beloved fast food chain often, but this was by far the WORST Subway restaurant that I have been to. The staff was unfriendly, I had to repeat each ingredient at least 2 times, the soup was cold and the place in general was shabby. Steer clear of this place at ALL costs!

This subway is one of the best Ive seen. It is very clean, the employees are always happy to help, and the food tastes fresh. They also put a ton of vegetables and whatever else you ask for. There is no limit of the amount you can get.

The food is good but I hope you dont have to use their bathroom especially with a small child :( no changing table for babies and garbage everywhere !
