As a long time customer this was a shock to me.. my coworker ordered a sandwich from Dominicks for lunch about an hour ago and after she ate most of it found at least 4 hairs in it.. (practically imbedded in the bacon) so when we called to complain the guy (instead of being nice and apologizing) says oh well you do work in a hair salon you sure you didnt get hair in it that way?... we havent had anyone in nor has my coworker cut any hair today... he was EXTREMELY rude and didnt even apologize. My coworker brought it back to show him and he didnt even try to see them as she was picking the hairs out to show him. And then was nice enough to give her her money back God forbid.. like its one thing to just be nice to the customer and apologize and refund them but being rude and assuming we got hair in it ourselves is pretty rediculous. Why would we do something like that? I used to love Dominicks but that was an extreme turn off and shows what very little respect they have toward their regular customers..

I order here at least once a month. Every time, theres some kind of a problem. And I have never complained, except when it took over 2 hours for me to get my food. This time, yet again, the sauces I ordered did not come with the food. They offered to sent it out to me, but if it isnt with the food when I sit down to eat it, its kind of pointless. The person on the phone says hold on a moment, and then a man says "not good enough?"....seriously? No, its not good enough. I wasnt asking for money or free food. I just wanted someone to acknowledge that my order always gets messed up somehow. No apology, just a lot of excuses. Telling me the delivery drivers just go with what is protocol for the order, dont look at anything else. I understand mistakes...but every time? And to top it all off, the guy then has the audacity to say "well, how is your pizza?" And then "what do you want me to do?" How about learn some manners and treat your paying customers appropriately. Do disappointed.

Very disappointed. I placed an online order at 4:41pm to be delivered at 5:45pm. It is now 6:15pm and still the order is not here. I called to cancel the order at 6:05pm because at this point I would rather go out and eat rather than wait another hour, and was assured it was on its way. I live 2.5 miles from the establishment, there is no reason for the order to take this long. I used to love Dominicks, I can guarantee I will NEVER delivery from them again! I never have issues with my order being on time from A&G, or Villa Capri.

Ordered delivery and the order was accidentally duplicated. I was charged twice so I called to let them know. The manager was literally arguing with me about it claiming he called me- which he did not. Not only did this happen but my order was made incorrectly. Again the manager argued with me over this as well and did nothing to help the situation. I used to order here every weekend because they are quick delivery and the food isnt terrible, and now I will bring my business elsewhere. What a shame.

very inconsistant, and they take a long time to deliver. sometimes the food is cold by the time it gets to you. ive been there for dinners and ate in, and every time ive eaten a dinner in or had pizza it was just amazing. the take out is sometimes not so good, and sometimes the pizza is gooey and not fully cooked, but overall its good food.

I had a cheesesteak sandwich delivered to the Barn Hill Care Center and it was still so hot I had to wait to eat it. When I did eat it OMG was it AWESOME!!!!! So I ordered again, the same thing happened. The chix Marsala was not only still very hot it too was AWESOME!!! Thank you for delivering to Barn Hill. All employees were great.

We ordered delivery. The food arrives lukewarm. Scicillian chicken parm pie was good, nice flavor, dough was tasty, sauce was a little sweet. Wings were quite good. Order the sauce on the side though, because it the delivery is delayed, they will arrive soggy.

Great choice. Quick drive from the Holliday Inn in Newton. My wife had a delightful personal pizza, I had wonderful pasta with shrimp and scallops. Really fresh ingredients at a great price. Our waiter, Chris really helped to make the meal great.
