Pretty good. Id had my eyeball on this place since I moved to Newark almost 3 years ago and hadnt been. Finally I just had a craving that I couldnt ignore so I came in. Guy behind the counter was friendly and my order was taken pretty quickly. Got the Garlic Shrimp & chicken with rice & fries. Order came out pretty quickly too and I rushed home to try it out since I was starving. First off this is a huge tray of food. Definitely enough for two people or more. Chicken was juicy and tender and better with the bbq/hot sauce that was provided. Shrimp had a decent flavor though maybe a little overcooked. The rice was perfect and I used the leftovers for a dish the next day. French fries were okay. They got the bbq/hot sauce treatment too and were devoured. Id come here again if I had a craving since its right next to my house and if I was being lazy though Ive honestly had better and I know there are better spots in the area.

My first and last experience on January 12, 2016. I ordered a whole chicken, rice and vegetable and a half chicken rice and fries for 26.00. The chicken was dry not to mention no flavor at all some pieces were not done the rice was cold and the vegetables were over cooked. Please visit Burnet BBQ and take lessons. I really wanted to bring this horrific food back for a full refund but i threw it out instead.

So its just light drizzles outside and i asked this Restaurant to deliver but they had the audacity to tell me the drivers dont drive through far areas of Newark, Nj in this weather...First off the women who answered was extremely rude and unprofessional....And 2nd dedpite their chicken being goid, the food never arrives hot or even fresh and their food price is high...Would never order again from them

Oh my god what a terrible place. The food is terrible, overpriced and barely enough for 1 person.DO NOT GO THERE OR ORDER FROM THERE!!! I dont know who would ever like this place.They should go to the iron bound section of newark and try real bbq cooking. Horrible and prices are ridiculous. Shame on them!
