I was a little skeptical about trying this place out with all the bad reviews. My office just relocated however and I want to give all the local shops a shot. My expectations were low since several reviews were bad. I ordered a Chicken Cutlet sandwich and to my surprise it was very good. It was a tad burnt but still did not affect the sandwich itself. The bread was very good and the service was fine. I ordered over the phone, walked in when they said it would be done, paid and was out of there. I always tell people to try a place twice, you never know when you might catch a chef, hostess, or whomever on an off day. We all have them. If you go twice though and have two bad experiences then write a review. I find it hard to believe some of these reviews and would suggest this place to my friends and family. Not the greatest sandwich but would certainly go back for more.

HAVENT ORDERED FROM PRIMOS IN ABOUT 3 MONTHS BC THEY ALWAYS MESS UP MY ORDERS AND ARE SUPER RUDE. BUT MY OFFICE FIGURED THAT WE WOULD GIVE IT ANOTHER SHOT TODAY. ONE OF OUR COWORKERS IS ALLERGIC TO OREGANO AND WE REQUESTED THEY NOT PUT OREGANO ON THE SANDWICH AND THEY DID ANYWAY - THEY ALSO FORGOT TO MAKE TWO OF THE HOAGIES IN THE ORDER AND WHEN WE WAITED THERE FOR THEM TO BE MADE THEY MADE THEM WRONG. THE PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE ARE CLEARLY INCOMPETENT AND THEY CLEARLY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. THEY HAVE GOOD FOOD BUT ITS JUST NOT WORTH IT!

My company received a tray from this store, and I really enjoyed it, so I found the store to have a hoagie for lunch. I watched a minute of TV in the shop, turned around and saw a man using his bare, dried, crack, psoriasis-y, filthy hands to make the entire sandwich from start to finish. He had onions bits on his elbow for Heavens sake. I know a lot of people dont use gloves, but wow. To see it up close and personal... Gross. I had to throw away my $8 sandwich.

Ive been going to this Primos since it opened because I like it so much more than the one I used to go to. The food is great, but the service is awesome too. The owner is usually on site and is really friendly. She always makes a point to make sure we enjoy our experience. Somebody wrote on here that this Primos is in some way unclean, but that is not at all the experience Ive had.

Ive been to many Primo Hoagies this one is by far the best. Reasons being fast and friendly service, freshness and accuracy of the sandwiches, cleanliness, and the large dining area with televisions make a perfect lunch break. I have also used this location for large tray orders and they pulled through every time even in short notice. Highly recommended..

Our company orders from this Primo frequently and weve had only great experiences. Their customer service is outstanding-- they take every order with great care and then deliver with deliciousness. Nice, clean store. Very knowledgeable staff. Punctual deliveries. This is the kind of place I would want to work at. Thank you Primo of Mt. Laurel!

Their just OK... Only reason I go to Primos is because they sell the only decent sub in the area and there service SUCKS! I used to live by the shore so I love JERSEY MIKES, Primos cant touch them food, service, quality, nothing! Cant wait for Jersey Mikes in Cinnaminson to open and take over!!!

my first time was a nightmare but the manager called me and offered me another chance with 2 free sandwiches, i went last night and the service was excellent and the food was great.glad i gave it another chance. i will be a repeat customer!

The hoagies are great the service sucks. Called ahead to place my order. Got there and my order wasnt ready and 3 people walked in, places their orders and were served and out the door before they even started making mine.

called ahead to order my sub. they said 15 minutes and i got there in 6 minutes it was finished and done right exactly how i ordered it. love this place and will be going once a week form now on.

I LOVE Primos "Big T" hoagie! But I always substitute pepper turkey for the regular turkey. I also love the sesame seed rolls. And their potato salad is so yummy!

Rude manager that will argue just to be right UNREAL and very slow staff! Take the two mins more and go to Lumberton or even Medford!!!
