The service here is very displeasing . I have always run into issues with this panera. I tend to order "on the go" through the app often and most times when I go to pick up the order half of it is missing . Which usually doesnt get me upset , I understand they run out of things and are a very high volume panera. However , there is nothing to notify me of the things that are missing . I usually either have to look in the bag myself to double check to see if everything is there , or someone comes up to me last minute and tells me that certain items are missing . The second scenario kind of worries me because what if there was no one really paying attention to the "on the go" cart pick up or what if someone had missed me picking up my order and I did not double check to make sure everything is there. I essentially would be out of almost half my order most times. Another time I had ordered through the tablets they have displayed to help avoid a long line. I had ordered a large drink and there were no large drinks available on the cart. When I had went to the counter I asked for a large drink since I paid for one , and the girl at the counter told me that there were no more large drink cups available because they ran out for the day. Understandable to some means . But she then offered me a medium. I explained to her I paid for a large , however she continued to offer me a medium drink. She did not offer to refund me my money in anyway or improvise a way to make a large drink. She eventually offered me two medium drinks after I suggested it to her. It was really frustrating , granted it probably would have not been as frustrating if I had better expierences in the past. Most the times the tables are dirty when you go to sit and eat as well. Ive had times where they have given people that ordered after me their order before me because they were dining in and I was taking out . I never used to have so many bad expierences here , it just seems they need to pay attention to details more . I have gone to other paneras in the area and other states and they tend to be a bit more accommodating, as well as attentive to details when running out of items and filling orders etc. The food is overall good when you get your order correctly and I dont think the prices are so bad either.

DO NOT GO HERE ANY MORE!!! Panera "corporate" is implementing a new "Workflow 2.0", and it has brought the service to a halt. Instead of the order people cutting bagels, they are sending them to the cooking counter. 3-days in a row I went to this location, and saw complete chaos. First 2-days, order people where not giving out buzzers, and a crowd overwhelmed the cooking counter. The days "Manager" was cutting and toasting bagels, while the cook staff was under utilized, and the order counter was under staffed. I had a discussion with the "Manager", and he said that this location was chosen as a "test location". On the 3rd day, a Sunday, I watch 2-customers so frustrated with waiting, that they demanded refunds. And, the same "Manager" was cutting & toasting bagels. I am a Business Process Re-engineering consultant by profession, and to use the millennial phrase "Epic Fail", this is an abject "Epic Fail". Boycott "2.0" Paneras until they get their act together.

Usually when I/we travel and even when I/we are out and about, Panera Bread is our "go to spot" for a quick adequate meal. Yet if this visit were my first visit to a Panera Bread, it would be my last visit to a Panera Bread location. The service at the counter was what anyone should expect from a national chain restaurant. We received our meals with a smile in the usual area and sat down at a clean table. Once we eagerly began to eat is when the experience turned horrible. The roast turkey on my sandwich was cold crumbly mess, I could have made a better sandwich for myself at home. My girlfriends sandwich although different was no better. Like I said, if this were my first experience with Panera Bread, it would be my last.

I used to love this place before. However, nowadays the quality of the food and service started decreasing. For instance, their sandwiches are getting smaller and smaller with not enough meat and cheese, soups are cold, the coffee is not changed right on time (it should be changed every hour). The cleanliness of the cafe is not satisfying. For that much price that I should be paying I end up getting tiny sandwich with cold soup or old lettuce in my salad. Their french baguettes are very skinny now.

This store seems to be missing the finer details anymore..... Consistently barely warm soup..... Forgetting to provide a fork for your salad..... Barely a trace of salad dressing on the salad. Once in a while is OK, but on a steady basis, is unacceptable especially when your paying higher than average prices for fast food. We dont experience this at other area Paneras... Will just have to go to one of the others.

I only went here because Baja Fresh was unexpectedly closed. I dropped $17 for a lobster sandwich that had shells in it. After two bites of shells, I returned the sandwich to the counter and told them it had shells. They passed the word around among themselves but didnt offer to replace it or refund me. Id pass on this location.

Have eaten here a few times. The soup I had was cool when it should have been hot. The bread was excellent. My sandwhich; the mediterranean veggie was pretty good but slightly overspiced. Funny the differences that can occur from one location to another. Would definaltely go back again to give them another chance.

Well, I usually come to this Panera or the Delran one. Usually everyone is pleasant but yesterday the cashier Wes was very UNFRIENDLY. He barely looked at us, didnt greet us, or ask what side item we wanted or anything. It seemed like he hated his job... put on a smile Wes!

Upon many visits to Panera Bread, I can say that my combo lunches have been exceptionally tasty. For me, the food is a bit pricy, and sometimes caused me to dine elsewhere, but nevertheless I have to give 4 stars!

This is my first time at this Panera. The food was consistent and good. The service was friendly. I dont care for the new digital kiosks for ordering. I hope it doesnt start to replace actual hired positions.

Just not enough food for me, when i leave Im still hungry BUT they have free wifi and take ApplePay which makes me happy! Service is slow during prime time hours and often times the food comes out rushed.

Good location by all the shops. Staff is friendly, Ive never been here during peak times, but it might get a little crowded (its not as big as other Paneras). Decent place to get some yummy food.

We stop here on occasion Friday nights before hitting Wegmans for our weekly shopping excursion. The last three times they have messed up on our orders. I love Panera, but not this location.

The Lobster roll is the best thing there. Its absolutely worth the money... I hate that its seasonal! Everything Ive had is always fresh and a nice amount/size. You wont be disappointed
