The staff was incredibly patient with me when I thought I was calling a different Philly pretzel place nearby. I had a fairly decent order for a party, and the food was ready on time. They were very busy, but their order book was very organized; I was impressed. I was too busy to try the snacks until four hours after picking them up. We may have been storing the uneaten portions incorrectly because they were soggy by the time I got to put the rest of it out and finally try some. Great people, well-run business. The snacks we bought didnt keep for four hours.
