Very nice people (phone/driver). Please read the rest of my review with the understanding that I am trying to point out their food is different not bad compared to other Chinese restaurants in this area. The BBQ spare ribs on the bone were good. A little different taste but I enjoyed them and they were tender. Pork fried rice was very yellow in color and had pork with small pieces of onions in it that was it. General Tso chicken didnt have any heat to it and chicken pieces were stuck together. Again color of food was different than what I usually get elsewhere. If you want it spicy I recommend telling them when you order it. Beef and broccoli had its own distinct flavor but the broccoli was very good. Won Ton soup had the dumplings and scallions in it, but no pork strips. Im not sure if that was due to it coming with a lunch special or not. Again Im not saying the food was bad, just different in taste and appearance. Ive been all over this country and Chinese food is different everywhere you go with regards to taste and appearance. For those who remember, there will never be Chinese Food like the old China Star restaurant on Rt. 38 decades ago.

Ordered from Jin Cheng on 8/18/17 for delivery Their Driver is Beyond evil.He gave me a slip to sign because I paid by Debit and when I gave it back to him and he seen that their was no tip.He immediately started talking in his language and then he threw the bag with my food and copy of my receipt on the ground!!!! I had 3.00 cash in my hand to give to him instead of putting the tip on my card. But before I had a chance to give it to him he did what he did and walked away yelling in his language!.I called the Jing Cheng to let then know what occurred and the woman that answered said that she will let the manager know. Not even an apology on his behalf. My food that I paid for was all shuffled and spilling from all angles because this evil delivery man got upset.I will write a review on EVERY SITE that I can letting people know how I was treated along with the nonchalant response I received when I called to let the restaurant to let them know about their driver.I gave this Business MY money and was treated awful.

Like so many other inexpensive Chinese restaurants in this area, Jin Cheng is a plain-looking, unassuming store in a shopping center. Dont let appearances fool you though. I found the food to be above average, nearly the equal of the best of the inexpensive Chinese takeouts in South Jersey. The General Tsos chicken in particular was crisp and flavorful. Also, the fried rice actually had pork and a few other ingredients and wasnt just the cliched yellow fried rice that some other places dish out. Service too is top-notch. We dined in for this review and they were very helpful in getting us everything we needed. Jin Cheng is in a shopping center at the corner of Rt 73 and Ramblewood Parkway, accessible from both roads. Be aware that unlike many other intersections in South Jersey, this one doesnt have jughandles. So youll actually have to keep left to make a left turn from Rt 73 to Ramblewood Parkway. Signs in the highway median will guide you.

Horrible customer service honestly, placed an order and wasnt able to get outside in time due to the fact that I work on the phones and cant have my own personal cell phone out. Was qouted an estimate of 30 minutes. Was told the delivery guy was waiting "30 minutes" which is impossible because we places the order at 2:00, 30 minutes. 2:30. Went outside and called at 2:40 and nobody was there and appearantly he left and refused to leave. I offered to pick up the orders. When i got there. The lady told me she sold one of my orders to somebody else. I would have sat and aited but they wouldnt give me the lunch special DESPITE my original order being placed prior to 3:00. Absolutely terrible service and honestly the portion sizes arent worth the money. Owner gets butt hut and wants to try and stick it to their customers. Dude must forget, were the people keeping his business running. Smh

The food is always fresh and thats what I care about - fresh every single time. The food is delicious. My order varies but sometimes might include general tso chx, sesame chx, crab rangoon, spare ribs with bones, mei fun, chow mein, chow fun, egg drop, wonton, pizza roll (always a must), pork fried rice, white rice, lo mein; pretty much every category. Above all else, their customer service is 5 star all around. The order is always correct, on time, and the lady that answers the phone speaks better English than I. Great job, Jin Cheng. You will always be a Chinese legend in my book.

Excellent Chinese take-out. I get lunch there regularly. The food is tasty and well prepared. They offer health conscious options, such as brown rice, no MSG, etc. The staff is always friendly and attentive. This is primarily a quick eat or take out place. They have a dining area for eating there, but it is not what you would call a fine dining experience. It is what you would expect for a low cost restaurant. But if you are looking for good food at a very reasonable price, this is definitely a place to try.

As a retired restaurant manager I can inform you with knowledge and expertise that this restaurant uses "plastic chicken" (Google it) and artificial beef. The NJ Department of health is being notified. They cannot hide it as i have the evidence. More to come...

This was my "go to" restaurant when I was working at the NJ Turnpike. Delivery was always very fast. Retired after 35 years, but still travel from my house 7 miles away. Plenty of DELICIOUS food. VERY REASONABLE prices. I highly recommend.

Good quick Chinese food for the price. Obviously not some super high quality Chinese cuisine, and thats not the purpose of the restaurant. If you have a craving for some quick cheap Chinese food I highly recommend. Nice and quick service.

Best Chinese food around. Sesame shrimp, chicken and broccoli (have it cooked in their garlic sauce for an added twist on this already great dish) and by far the best General Tsos chicken Ive ever had.

Tried to tell me their minimum was $15 for delievery. I work at a hotel and because theyve been receiving more business from us lately, they up-ed the minimum for delivery. It is usually $8- $10.

Phone service is just plain rude. There is just too much good take out in the area to put up with it. Three strikes and gone.
