The service and food is great . The staff is very accommodating if they run out of what you ordered , and they are very attentive with details. It is always clean and the staff is very helpful. Sometimes they even offer to take your plate for you when your done eating! I have been to many panera breads throughout New Jersey and even other states when on vacation and this by far is one of my favorite locations to order from. Often times , if I have the time I will drive the extra couple minutes past the location in mount laurel just to come to this one . I have ordered from on the go before and they always have let me know if something is missing from my order and give me the option to replace it with something that they are in stock of. One time I ordered from on the go and they ran out of multiple items before they were able to fill my order, the manager seemed to be there waiting with my order and gave us options to replace what was missing. She even gave us a free pastry for our troubles, which I thought was very considerate !

Friendly and courteous people. Some days they seem to be taking a slack - I waited for a few minutes couple of times while cashier was finishing her very personal and very important stories (Ill spare the details), but overall most of them are very nice. Went there every day I had a contract in NJ, so I can only speak for those couple of months.

Hands Down best place to study or get a quick bite to eat. The staff is always friendly even if there is a mix-up on the order. This past week I ordered a sandwich and did not realized the order was wrong until I got home. I was able to get it straightened out within minutes of speaking to the manager.

Always packed! Definitely place your order online or phone ahead if you are getting take out. The prices are high and I do not think the quality matches the pricing. Sandwiches seem pre-made. The portions are decent sized compared to the price, but the quality just isnt there.

Food great as usual for Panera Bread. Staff was friendly. Only thing, womens bathroom was very unclean. Toilet paper everywhere paper towels all on the floor. I expect more from a Panera Bread..please dont turn into a McDonalds. 1/10/16 @5:30pm

Vegetarian but not vegan friendly. If it doesnt have meet, it will tend to have cheese. The veggie sandwich has pesto (with parm cheese). On another note, one day I had gotten an apple there that literally had a spider nest by the stem. No joke.

The service has been terrible lately. How about rewarding the good employees to give them incentive to stay. New staff without personality are at the counter and are not service oriented. I will not be there as frequently sorry to stay.

Recently I have given up diary eggs and meat, I asked the cashed and manager if they had something vegan friendly and after a few minutes they helped me pick out a meal that was very good and filling. Thanks guys!

I came during the lunch rush but had no wait to order. The food pickup counter and the beverage bar are extremely close to each other and causes some congestion when multiple people are waiting for their order

Ordered soup with veggie and dumpling that costs 9 dollars, get maybe a small cups worth of soup. Was starving as it was considered more of a snack in my books rather than a actual meal.
