Where do I begin? Food is good but I hate the fact that their sandwiches cost on average about $7.00 and all you get is a pickle. Fries are extra and too expensive. They could at least give you some chips. The service sucks. Every person Ive ordered from in person or over the phone needs serious training. They act so dumb as if they have no common sense. Cant take orders for the life of them. I basically have to spell it out for them. A friend of mine called a couple of weeks ago and said to the girl, "I want some kind of cinnamon bagel. What do you have....French toast or cinnamon crunch, something like that.". And the girl on the other end of the line was like, "um well we have like a raisin one." So my friend says, "cinnamon raisin?" And the girl replied, "um.....yeaaa.". Why couldnt she just spit it out? You work there, you should know the menu and everything like the back of your hand! Oh I could go on and on about my experiences there. If you ask for a sun dried tomato bagel and they dont have it, never fails, they dont tell you theyre out and give you a spinach bagel. Happens every time. So basically I gave this a three star rating strictly because the food is tasty and fresh. Way too expensive and I cant stand dealing with anyone that works there. I might as well jump behind the counter and do it myself.....Id get it done right and much faster. I can say this because Ive worked in restaurants and delis and know how to do things right and put smiles on everyone who comes in.

I only order breakfast from this place and the food quality is great! You get a lot of food for what you pay.... if they get the order right! If you call in an order, ask for Mike if he is not busy. He is the only employee there who does not lack the competence to take an order over the phone. Talking to anyone else is like talking to a wall. It is great to see this business employs local high school/ college students. Its just a shame they dont employ the ones that will actually be graduating... Overall- good food and pricing is fair! Good selection of different items on the menu as well.

I work in Trenton and its hard to find somewhere decent to get a sandwich. I thought if I took a drive to a nicer area I might get better food and service. I was wrong. Went here twice in 3 days and they messed up my order both times. First trip they forgot the cheese on my sandwich. I had already taken a bite so I just let it slide. Today they forgot the mayo, lettuce, and tomato. They did include the cheese, but it was the ultra cheap, super processed variety - maybe 1 step above the individual wrapped Kraft singles. I wont be making a third trip.

The food was subpar, but the service was good. Historically I have found the food here average, but recently I have noticed a decline in quality. The bagels were not good, the eggs were below average, and the pancakes were not good. The coffee and home fries were good, but not great. Employees are nice, service is quick, and its not expensive.

Fast friendly and delicious! I had a breakfast platter with two eggs over medium, home fries, porkroll and rye toast. Eggs were cooked perfectly and everything was DELICIOUS! Would highly recommend

Great place for medium-sized, NY style bagels. We particularly like the Jalapeno pepper and French toast varieties.
