Not a Starbucks experience the company expects. From the beginning the exterior was trashed. Beautiful sunny day youd expect to have a nice place to sit outside .. the tables were upside down and chairs still stacked. To walking in to find no line baristas continued talking amongst themselves and seemed surprised when they saw us standing waiting to order. Two grande Americanos took over 10 minutes and the barista argued when asked by customer to repour the shots that had been sitting getting stale when she had to run in the back (she was offered no help as the line grew) for syrup. Just an awful experience... Ill be mobile ordering from now on.

I just walked into Starbucks for a Pumpkin spice cheesecake late The lady didnt even bother to ask for my name on the cup. She also gave me attitude. I dont tolerate this type of behavior. Its not my fault youre having a bad day. Either control yourself or get lost. Sincerely, J.U

I love Starbucks- been a gold card member for over ten years. This store isnt my favorite. I had an issue with buying their vanilla syrup for my Verisimo & really got a negative vibe from the store manager...anyway by far this is my least favorite store!

Super friendly & very clean. I went in right before they were closing at 10pm and the woman & guy working (12/10/15) were upbeat, energetic & welcoming. I will tell you THAT is amazing & will make me go out of my way to come here.

I always wind up with Starbucks gift cards, so I will drive a bit out of my way to use them. Midnight Mocha Mint Frappuccino is an awesome new flavor. Wish this place was on my way to work. Id be here every day.

Im not sure if its just the layout, but this starbucks is usually crowded every time I try to come here. Not the best spot to study or hang. Their service must be good if people are always there.

I am a huge Starbucks fan, however this is my least favorite. Seems the machine is not calibrated correctly-anything made with espresso doesnt taste as good as others.

Theyre lucky they can make drinks. Spanish Cashier was Rude. And girl coming in for her shift bumped into me and didnt even say excuse me or sorry. 5/2/17.
