Arguably, this store has the toughest parking situation of any Starbucks between New Brunswick NJ and NE Philly -- five smallish spots in the rear, maybe 25 feet from the busiest intersection in town. The lot has no room to wait for an exiting customer to start their car and pull out, but if you stop in the street vehicles backing up behind create instant gridlock! That said, once you get inside things change dramatically; this store is relatively spacious, with lots of tables and counter seating. Perhaps as a result, the service seems a bit less hurried than at many locations. They also have a particularly well-stocked food pantry. Bottom line: a good example of their CEOs local coffeeshop ethos; just be prepared to park some distance away.

Third time Ive been in the last year, third time the wi-fi hasnt worked. This time, its been down for three weeks, Im informed. The advantage of a franchise coffee shop like Starbucks over a local cafe is you know the coffee tastes the same, you know what youre paying, and you know the services (like wi-fi) will be reliable. If youre looking to grab an iced coffee for the road in Yardley, I guess there are worse places to go. If youre looking for a quiet place to get some work done, stay at home and pop a pod in the Keurig. To the management: Could you put a sign on the door next time?

With such a large enclosed area and a duck pond, Starbucks on Afton Pond is perfect for small children. During the summer we bring treats for the ducks and sit outside on the patio. On any given summer day you can spot large turtles, orange carp, frogs and of course ducks and large geese. During the winter, the kids can skate on the pond and go inside for a warm hot chocolate. Laptop users should note, this isnt a quiet place for you!!!

I live in the area and love the location of this store overlooking the lake. I only gave it a three stars because of the limited hours and parking. I wish they would open later to add some new to do in the area besides restaurants and bars. I think late hours would not only encrease biz but only would improve the area night life and open the door for more restaraunts and other biz to open.

This location constantly has a wait even if there isnt a line and I have received a few incorrect drink orders. I used to stop here everyday in the morning before work and another co-worker and I would text each other to see who was working and how long the wait was. It is just not up to the par of other Starbucks.

best one in the area. service is fantastic, charming small town, location is excellent, parking can be tough but there are always spots at the library or across the street. beautiful scenery and lines much shorter than most around!

Very crowded due to location in suburban area especially during popular coffee hours. Parking is also very limited and you should probably park in the ShopRite parking lot across the Starbucks.Otherwise service is pretty standard.

The store without a doubt 100% of the time gets 5 stars. They are phenomenal every time I come in there busy or not busy and my drink is made perfectly every time. Wonderful staff excellent product.

Typical Starbucks with plenty of seating. Only challenge is lack of parking. There are only about 5 spots immediately beside the building, so you may have to park in the lot across Main Street.

The parking is intimidating because you have to park on an angle around a corner. The tables are really close together so youre in each others lap. The food is fine its typical Starbucks fare.

I actually stopped going here because it is really dirty. It is right on Lake Afton and in the Spring through summer there is a huge fly problem. I suggested they set traps but they never did.
