Wow Faith.. You sound like an extremely pretentious woman. If you go somewhere to get something for free, do everyone a favor for and just dont go. It is your choice to spend 5 dollars on a cappuccino, not theirs. Stop whining. I love this store. AND the management. They genuinely care for their people, and their employees. I dont know Jim, but he sounded like an angel for putting up with you. I bet you get a drink with 40 steps, and complain when its not perfect... Work there. For a day. Or a busy hour. See the ignorance of your folly. The intolerance you have shows that you have never worked in the service industry. Your ignorance shows you do not respect them. Re-evaluate your stance on what "servers" owe you.. I can assure you, it is absolutely nothing. Keep doing what youre doing Oxford Oaks! Hopefully this woman by the name of Faith will apologize. Im quite certain, as she so eloquently expressed, is the type of lady who gives a hard time for the sake of getting something for free. We have a name for them...

Remodeled @2015, this busy store is one of the best looking Starbucks around here. Its set up in hallway style, with a long series of tall, 2-top tables along the L/H wall and a cozy seating area invisibly sequestered behind merchandising displays to your right, when entering the store. A clever layout, overall, tho it forces people awaiting orders to violate the personal space of anybody at the 3 rearmost tables. Also, even with no drive-through this store is noisy -- a constant din of background sounds from machines, people, etc. Perhaps thats why some of the associates often get my order wrong. Or maybe its the time they spend animatedly chatting with friends & other staffers (and ex-staffers).

Its been a few months since I did a review ...it is 8/28/16 as Im writing this....things havent changed especially when they screw up my drink...I dont understand why its so hard to make and most importantly they dont bother to give a "freebie" out...I pay almost $5.00 for my damn cappuccino....the store mgr wasnt here today ....boy do I miss Jim the store mgr from about 5 years ago...he made sure you were taken care of and he was a very friendly man as well. I guess the point Im trying to make is that even though I come to this starbucks almost every day the barristas should know how to make the drink period. Some barristas are great...others...not so much.

I went in with my sister, because she loves their coffee (I dont like coffee) and the line was only three people long, so I think, "oh great! Well be in and out" we ended up sitting there for about 20 minuets because the workers were arguing amount themselves and the customer. I asked him what was wrong when he had gotten his drink, and he said that they had gotten his order wrong twice. I dont know about you, but Id be upset if I were in this guys shoes. Only reason I have three stars not one, is because their cookies and pastries over all are great! No really, if you somehow get to the front in a few minuets, get a pastry.

Normal I dont write reviews but I felt the need to after my experience here today. The workers are rude to customers and work very slow. Today a worker called a customer a retard under her breath. So ignorant. It took them 30 min to make my drink. Finally when I got my drink it was made completely wrong. Dont go there if you are running there before work, you will be late. This Starbucks needs better management.

Had a terrible customer service. Worker was not nice and had a complaining tone. I told my friend one drink is not good, but she still decided to try. I went up to buy and worker was complaining why am I buying this when I dont like it. Later on asked for a cup of water and told me the water she gave me was disgusting. I hope that is not how the Starbucks workers treat everybody.

More than ample parking is available to run in and grab your favorite treats,from small pastries and Coffee to sandwiches and Frappuccino! Fast friendly services make it welcoming along with the light music. Some seating is available and wi fi is free . Enjoy

Can you say " CLOVER " This location has a Clover machine and the only other location is in Newtown. Reserve coffee prices for a venti are a little steep at $4.77 the coffee is AMAZING !!! but its pricy but its nice to treat yourself once and awhile.
