This is *hands-down* the best Chinese food in the Red Bank Area ... Its just as good as some of the places in NYC and other big cities. The food is amazing food at a very reasonable price; the bill (pre-tip) for me and my fiancé was only $30! I had the Chinese eggplant w/ shrimp and scallops; it was extremely delicious, not oily at all, and bursting with flavor. It also tasted pretty healthy, in a good way. Everything was top notch. The atmosphere, the service, the food, and the presentation. Unlike most restaurants they even serve tea for free. My fiancé is Chinese and she says that many of the items on the menu were very authentic. The portion size was great too; not tiny, and not offensively huge like in some restaurants. We still had plenty left over for lunch the next day, but it wasnt so much food that it had lost its appeal. I wish I had found this place sooner...I look forward to coming back!

Love this place. Its been around since I was a little girl attending the public schools in Little Silver. This is a classy place with amazing food in a completely renovated dining room. I have lived in New York City for the last 5 years, and there is not a single Chinese place in NYC that I prefer over Little Szechuan. (Generally, I find the places in NYC to be delicious with terrible atmosphere/service, or gorgeous space/good service with terrible food.) I wish Little Szechuan was closer to the city -- Id go there all the time!

Absolutely love this restaurant. We come here at least once a month. The food is amazing, and the service is great. I would recommend the chicken with cashews, the sweet and sour chicken, or the pork fried rice. There are many vegetarian options to choose from. I really love the eggplant in garlic sauce and the general tsos tofu. Would confidently recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area!

The food is truly fantastic and shames every other chinese restruant in New Jersey! Great food great owners and a inviting location make it a must to eat at. I have never had a bad meal there and I hope that they will still be around many years to come. Classy yet casual describes Little Szechuan perfectly. You have to go there at least once!

Its better than just a takeout place, and really the best youre going to find in the Little SIlver/Fair Haven/Rumson area. The sit down area is nice enough to let you feel like youre having a special dinner, but you can still walk and and out with little cartons of chinese food.

Their food is prepared with great care and always arrives hot at your table. Waiters are very friendly and responsive to your peculiar needs. Thee best place for take out or sit down Chinese food dining. Be prepared to wait for seating if you go on Friday or Saturday nights.

Did Little Szechuan change ownership? Or did they change Chefs? I got take out tonight and the food is not the same. The Hot and Sour Soup was not as good as it always is. My meal was gooey...Not good Does anyone know what is going on?

23 years ago, Fred and Virginia Schaller took me and my wife Marisa here. Have been coming ever since. Twice cooked pork is a fav. Kevin and Derek are great guys.
