I almost hate to write this review as I fear giving away my "secret" go-to place to eat. This is a typical TGIF restaurant with the added attractions of a great staff and rarely having to wait for a table. Thats what I am afraid of changing! Due to its weird location, getting into the Fridays is tricky. Dont get into the lane for the Jughandle turn into Hamilton Marketplace. The entrance to this Fridays is immediately past the jughandle and is also the entrance for the hotel. This may be why the place is never too crowded. This past Friday, we went for dinner when you would think you would wait an hour for a table. There was a longer than normal line and the place was jumping, but we got a table immediately. As for the restaurant itself, it has the typical Fridays menu so no surprises there. But we always get seated immediately & the on-duty manager comes by your table at least once to check on everything. If there is a problem, they fix it immediately. The servers are great. With the TGIF Stripes Rewards program and the constant specials (Just Right Menu, $3 cocktails, $5 Salads and Sandwiches, etc.) you can eat very reasonably here. The food is very good and there is alot of variety on the menu.

This Fridays is pretty typical to other locations. The big exception being is the rude barstaff. I have stopped in this location on three occasions over the past few months as it is nearby my house. Ive sat at the bar twice and was ignored by bartenders and finally when I got their attention was treated badly. The last time I visited it was during football season and I sat at a booth in the bar area because I wanted to watch the games. First the waitress almost couldnt hide her satisfaction when she let me know the coupon we had (which was why we went there) couldnt be used for the entrees we selected. Then she simply left in the middle of our meal, didnt tell us, didnt have another server check on us, nothing. Its really too bad for Fridays because I like their product and their happy hour specials but will drive past everytime to spend my money somewhere where the staff can be bothered to treat me well.

Went to catch an early lunch with my fiance and was treated like garbage by the waitress. had been there prior and got the endless apps and me and my fiance shared them no problem. this time i went to order it and she asked if she could try some of mine when it got to our table. the waitress chimed in saying "you cant do that its not allowed." so im not allowed to share food from my plate with my fiance? ive done it before on occasions and even asked the waiter if i could with no issue was had then. Her snarky response was "well i dont feel like loosing my job, sorry" and walked away.so if i had shared them what would have happened ide be tossed out or have to police called because i shared my food? looks like some employees need to take customer service courses.

Pretty Pathetic Meal. We sat down at kids night this past Tuesday and had mediocre expectations. After all, it was Fridays and we didnt expect much from the chain. Low and behold, I received the worst piece of chicken on my Jack Daniels Chicken Sandwich that I ever had in my mouth. The "chicken" was rubbery and stringy, as if it were previously frozen (for a few years) and never tenderized. You gotta beat your meat before you cook it...grab the mallet and hit it so it softens. Disgusting. Also, I ordered a ten dollar "Ultimate" Long Island Iced Tea, which was mostly triple sec. Thanks for nothing Fridays.

Waited 25 minutes for our Endless Appetizers to arrive. Needless to say they were cold. We also ordered the pretzels and beer cheese. The cheese was lumpy and didnt taste good. I wouldnt recommend it. Despite all this we still enjoyed the rest of our appetizers and drinks all due to our over the top, fantastic server Kathy!!! She went above and beyond to make up for the unpleasant start to our experience. She was super nice to start and ended up really fantastic! Thanks for the kindness Kathy. ( I hope I spelled your name right.)

My last experience here with my girlfriend was horrible. The waiter never made eye contact with us and took almost 15 minutes to come to us after we had been seated. He spoke too quietly and didnt really take our needs into consideration. The manager however came over once we finished our meal and offered us a free desert, which we thanked her for. I was unfortunate for any other customers that this employee had upset as well, and hopefully he or the situation was taken care of properly.

I lived at your restaurant ..I do have one complaint I live in Hamilton and never get coupons in the mail my sister in law lives a mile away gets them all the time ..my daughter lives 2 miles away and gets them ..I would like a break once in awhile and I frequent the place more then them..we all live in Hamilton

I do not like this Fridays location at all. The wait staff takes so long to take your order, its ridiculous. I asked to be seated in the bar area because they will put all the blacks in the back of the restaurant together and take long to do everything. Im kind of upset that I have to give them at least 1 star.

Besides the horrible service and seating next to the noisy kitchen, the waiters were very disrespectful and rushed the customers. The food took 2 hours to come out and foods from the entree were missin, I wouldnt recommend this place for anything other than a pit stop for the bathroo.

Grab a drink literally anywhere else. We came with a few people for late happy hour and were very disappointed. I work in the restaurant industry and Im not usually a review type person but damn I suggest buyin some booze at bottle king and parking it in an alleyway for a better time

Picked up order for lunch.. When i got back to work found out my whole order was wrong. Drove back to Fridays and asked to speak with the manager & he//he never came to the front to hear my complaints... Im not impressed with this service & Ill make sure I let my co-workers know..

I do not like this Fridays locations placing my order it took 15 or 20 minutes just for a appetizers talking about the appetizer 2 for 10 deal is a lie its actually More 10 dollars the service sucks because it took the server a half hour to get my bill that after I ask for

Never again. Food was awful. Almost $15 for a piece of chicken that was NO EXAGGERATION ...about 2 oz. No thanks, we wont be back. The salad had about 12 pieces of lettuce, and the medium steak we ordered was delivered well done. Service was less than mediocre.

The staff may be a bit new, but they make up for it with their readiness to help the guest. The host with the long hair (Daniel I think it was) was a Delight when we were greeted at the front door. I will be returning!! Woooh!!
