Customer service is absolutely terrible. My family and i moved to Galloway recently and heard good things about this restaurant. We ordered delivery and one of the orders was completely wrong. We called back and asked if they could bring the correct order and switch but they refused. At first they said they would but five minutes later they called saying we could eat what we have and next time they would give us the correct order for free. I explained we didnt like the incorrect order we received and wanted what we ordered. The man on the phone preceded to say he would not bring the correct order and instead would give it to us for free next time. I will not be ordering from here again and suggest you find somewhere else instead.

My wife went to get me some chinese and she said the counter person yelled at her about a coupon she had. Instead of telling her they dont honor the coupon they yelled at her "you already get low price on your food no coupon for your order". There has to be a better way to talk to customers. Especially someone who frequents the restaurant on the regular.

I usually judge chinese food places by their cheese wantons , I came here for pickup and was impressed by their exterior, then I went inside and was immediately deflated. Its dirty and its outdated. The wantons were too sweet, and overfried. Bad news.

Hoon King is hands down the best Chinese food in Southern New Jersey. If they deliver to your area, call them up. If they dont, order pickup and make the drive. Its worth it. Its addictive.
