This is the worst BK in the country. I had the misfortune of waiting 37 minutes in line to get cold chicken nuggets and horrible fries. This is a common occurrence at this place with new managers and staff almost every time I have the misfortune to visit. In this case I went because I had a coupon. Not worth the 37 minute wait in line while watching employees taking smoke breaks by the entrance door, etc. This is a horrible place to visit and I will not visit again. I could have driven to another place in far less time!. And the food was horrible!

Wife and I came here. No one was inside or drivethu. Took 10minutes for a simple order. Tables were dirty, soda machine looked like it hasnt been cleaned in a week, mens bathroom is out of order. Womens room was dirty. Flys everywhere. Staff including manager just moping around like no one wants to be here. Food is ok. Not the Medford BK it use to be.
