Located across from jersey gardens mall very close to Newark liberty International Airport and hotels! My party of three visited this place around noon Sunday. Very busy with about 50 patrons waiting to be called for seating..the staff is very professional. My was 40 min and well worth the wait. I-Hop being well known for their extensive breakfast menu which my party ordered , me a burger and fries! Our food came about 10 mins later as we ordered and hot! All for a good price...approx $12 a person with drinks included! I highly recommend end this place!

The food was mediocre. They brought my nieces chicken tenders out on a dirty plate. There was clearly red sauce stains on the plate, but the waitress said I think its just seasoning. They supposedly remade it, and the waitress applied a discount to our bill. When we went to pay, the MANAGER says he took off the discount because they remade the food and that the waitress shouldnt have given us that check. The waitress tried, but she was overwhelmed. The manager was a jerk and the food was not good at all. Avoid this place!

Excellent food, but the waitress was not all that friendly to me. I kinda got the feeling that she didnt want me at one of her tables. She was quite pleasant with the groups at her other tables, but I felt a little rushed and underserved as I didnt get a straw or extra napkins but received a very stiff and dry attitude and the check almost immediately after my last bite of tasty raspberry and peach pancakes. Four stars are for the food only. Coffee was a little bitter, kinda like Starbucks. I like DD coffee better.

My wife went to eat with our two lil girls while i was at work and said it was the most uncomfortable meal she had ever had! Her waiter hit on her then went to the back and got 4of his co workers to come from the kitchen and they all sit and stared at her and after a few minutes she couldnt take it anymore she asked for boxes and went back to our motel room to eat. Other than that the food is always great. Dont send your wife by herself !!!!!!!

Its ihop. Food is decent not great so experience is essencial to keep coming back. Our waitress was nice but either was not well trained or simply ignored her task. The plates piled up until it was time for us to leave. Also she never checked back to see if we needed anything during the course of our meal. Ive had worse and better experiences at this location, but lately its just been whatever.

ordered breakfast to-go this morning. the lady that answered the phone sounded like she had just woken up. I ordered the new York cheesecake pancake combo with bacon, hash browns, and eggs. they gave my literally 1 piece of bacon and didnt give any condiments.every time I order grin m from here, its always something. I will not be patronizing this business anymore.

Hit or miss, here. Service is good with the staff, but the cooks either get it right or get it horribly wrong. Unfortunately, more than half the time its the latter. I wouldnt typically recommend any IHOP to anyone because the food quality, even if tasty, is ridiculously low and poor. Either way, the food is enjoyable.

Every time I come here everyone is so friendly. Just love it. From the host to the waiters to the check out. Here on business next to my hotel. As full as I get I walk it off as I walk back, lol. Thank you guys for making it a great place to come n eat. Natasha was my waitress tonight. High five Chica.

It seems like the "cook" microwaved the eggs, and the pancakes were roasted like a chichen. For the record I am a culinary expert and overcooked food taste horrible, also the coffee is the worse, it tasted like burnt hair. The truth sets me free. This is coming from a culinary expert .

The sticky bun waffle is probably the nastiest thing I have ever eaten at one of your restaurants. It was dry,bland and I wish you would just let me have protein without adding pancakes or whatever special you are running. Other then that, service etc was good.

Since it is close to the mall I took a couple of family and friends for breakfast before the mall opened. It was great food, in a very spacious place, the staff was great and the food amazing! Ive been there other times and its always a good place to go.

The worst service Ive ever had at an ihop. Dirty cups and coffe mugs, incomplete orders, impolite and unfriendly waitres, and the filthiest mens room Ive ever seen. Needless to say its my last time going to this Ihop.

Since becoming pregnant i frequent here. The staff are very acomdating and tentive to my s/o and my needs. They are friendly. Prompt service food comes within 15 minutes. And its a nice enviroment.
