During my visit the restaurant was very busy which led to serious wait time. I expected this when I went in. What I did not expect was to be treated very rudely. And to be singled out for this treatment. I waited in line nearly 10 minutes for a slice of prime rib. As busy as the location was this was to be expected. The gentleman 2 guests in front of me chatted up the carver in Spanish of sorts. They laughed and joked and this man got a 1/2" to 3/4" slice across the entire roast. When it came to me I got about a 2 oz partial slice and I asked for a bit more. The server refused my request stating that there were people in line that also needed beef. (he had just requested another as it was getting small) I was sure he was kidding so I asked again stating I had waited nearly 10 minutes. He then, in a very rude manner, told me that if I wanted more I could get in line again. I chose not to make a scene and went to my table. It bothered me badly enough that I just left, no longer in any frame of mind to enjoy my meal. I drive over the road 5 days a week, 50 weeks a year,and some days it is just nice to sit down and enjoy a meal that is not wrapped in paper or Styrofoam. Whenever I can I have sought out Golden Corral. Going forward I see no reason to ever set foot in this location again. 2 days after the event I am still angry and amazed that any place of business would condone rude treatment of customers. .

I am a big fan of golden corral and it all started when I first went to the one in florida so I with family took a trip to this one In jersey and cant lie as soon as you open that door your hit with the smell of heaven but dont be fooled so we got our drinks that was extremely surypy drinks ranged from brisck ice tea orange soda and lemonade all surypy then we stated to get our food they have this extremely small plates and just the look of the food had me sick there was flys all around all the staff look like there about to drop there drencher in ya drink just one of the worst experience ever I found a long stran of hair in my cheese cake the ice cream was extremely watery the fry chicken teats like the took it from the freezer straight the fryer I will never eat her in my life Im so traumatised and disappointed eating there made us all feel sick please do not bring your kids here save your money....

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at this Golden Carol . The nastiest food ever I literally had to go through 7 plates 4 forks and 2 knives to get 1 clean one. Salads were frozen. I asked to speak to a manager he said let me get my other manager to help you. well 15 min later a manager came over and said how can I help you. I explained my situation to him and he offered to make me a cup of fried shrimp because that is all they had. I just could not believe what was just said to me. I just simply said no thank you and walked away.. the worst experience EVER..

Food is Ok for the price. Staff is friendly, my issue restroom ladies two out of four stalls out of order which caused a line. Also staff had a hard time keeping up with demand. Example ran out of bowls, found food on so called clean silverware. Told only had one dishwasher that evening. Looks as this location may have upkeep and staffing issues. The staff was very friendly and addresses the issues mention. Also a lady left her pocketbook in bathroom and a staff member ran out to catch the lady before she left. If could be a least 4 stars if the above issues were corrected.

Dont let the commercials get to you. All the commercials you see on TV saying this place is amazing and have amazing deals to go inside.. Yeah. Theyre not worth it. They are desperate to make money off you. Its an American buffet with a lot of varieties of food to enjoy.. Sadly the food isnt that great, its awful. I will always get stomach pains eating here and its not worth coming back. The only reason people come here is because of the hype thats developed throughout time. Trust me, go somewhere else to enjoy your food.

I went there with my family of seven and I felt like I was in with a flock of seagulls and had to fight for food was very dirty and nasty , the Manger was even nasty when I talked to him his comments was Im Puerto Rican I didnt ask him his nationality spent 112.00 not worth it dont go , looking for a refund and didnt even say Im sorry what can I do to make things better, I drove 40 mins.to try this place out what a waste of my time (Egg Harbor)

Worst service received by server Rinsing Khambang. She was rude and love to yell at customers. We were told that she is like that and means well. I dont understand how this is acceptable in a business that deals with the public. I wouldnt recommend this place to my friends or family, so please save yourself the headache and spend your hard earned cash, where you will be treated with respect.

Simply amazing! My husband and i were celebrating his 30th bday and were staying in harrahs resort and decided to come here, down from the food and Customer service, Im from Brooklyn NY and I definitely know what getting your moneys worth look like, and this place gives you more and beyond, food down to dessert is amazing especially the strawberry and chocolate water fall,

It was horrible I was very embarrassed by the way the management approached me today if I pay 15$ for a meal any place else n cant finish my food then Im usually allowed too bring home a doggie bag but I was told too pay for another dinner in order too bring home my left overs yall r nothing but a rip off n I hope every1 reads this before they ever visit ur restaurant

Place was dirty what little food was there was cold , had to ask for stuff that was missing plates were dirty, staff was to busy talking to each other in back of restaurant, manager Josh was to busy texting on his phone to even notice anything going on around him oh did I mention plates and silverware were disgustingly dirty will never step foot in this place again

I love this place!!!! The food is so well prepared and I love the cotton candy. I wish I can take a shower in the chocolate fountain!!!!!! JK!!!!!! This place is the worst!!!! The floor seems like it has poopy from girl elephants.if I can meet the manager.... I would tell him to shoot me in the head!!!!......... By the way I love this place

They could be much cleaner. They have outdated software so my card wouldnt work. They have an ATM there and my card wouldnt work there either. Super humiliating! Didnt make it any better that the manager was a jerkoff about the situation. Claimed he didnt know where a working ATM was so we left. Havent been since. Either business wants you or it doesnt.
