I come here every once in a while. Chicken is your run-of-the-mill Boston Chicken/Boston Market fare. Just had the ribs tonight and I was very disappointed to see that Boston Market uses cured ribs instead of fresh ribs. Its basically "ham" ribs, with a salty barbeque sauce slathered over them. Why no fresh ribs?? Is it because its easier and cheaper to turn the raw pork to ham at a factory, then just warm them up in an oven at the restaurant location?? Tisk, tisk! Modern day diners have more discriminating taste than that! Next time you need a ham for Christmas, order Boston Market ribs.

Im a big fan of Boston Market. After moving to this area, this location is now the one closest to me, and I couldnt wait to give it a try. Unfortunately, this is not a location I will ever go to again or recommend. It is not in a good area and the quality of most of the food was awful. The potatoes were not cooked; the green beans were mush and brown in spots; the corn bread was in pieces and the pilaf was overcooked slop. The rest of the sides appeared inedible. I can give this Boston Market one star because of the chicken- the only thing worth eating here.

I have eaten here a a few times now, but this was the worst I had ever experienced... First they didnt have a pot pie that asked for and I had to end up paying more money for another meal, but I also ended up getting a piece of apple pie from them. after taking my food home I had realized that the apple pie had MOLD on the crust! What the Hell are these people trying to pull. DONT EAT HERE!!! rude employees, expensive food and MOLD!

I just got back from this Boston Market. I ordered some sides to go. When I got home and took a bite of the creamed spinach I pulled out what I thought was a piece of plastic from my mouth. It was the exoskeleton of a LARGE ROACH. My boyfriend and I went back immediately and demanded a refund. I will be reporting them to the health department first thing in the morning as well as contacting their corporate headquarters.

They charged me $1.08 extra because I asked for the guac on the side, even though it comes with the meal. They should have to me when I asked for it on the side that it would cost extra. What am I paying for the plastic cup that it goes in which is only 3cents. They should charge for the plastic straw I used then too

Went to Boston market for dinner today. Wanted a turkey dinner. No turkey was ready and this was dinner time. Maybe 6 people in restaurant. Was told to wait 40 minutes. Settled for ribs and chicken. Chicken was cold. Potatoes hard and dried out. Worst place to go to. Nothing fresh. Wont see that place again.
