I was there a year ago and the staff made a point of keeping the stock turnover high and fresh. If I am not mistaken at that time they were all Indian or Pakistani or something. This time the staff was all Latino. Very unfriendly. I was there for a lunch at just after 1PM. They had full bins of chicken prepared but apparently it had been there since the time they opened up in the morning. There was only one other customer when I went in until I left a half hour later. My lunch was totally indigestible, old, stale, cold chicken and tired, cold flavorless dried out potato wedges. Completely disgusting. YUK! If I wasnt so tired and nursing a toothache I would have gone the whole route and gotten a manager involved. Too late. They have lost me FOREVER. There is no excuse for terrible food. I will make my own damn lunch from now on.

This is a horrible KFC..try to avoid it if you can. I have been going to this place for years to get Hotwings..NEVER have I waited less than 15 minutes. This last time, 4-1-12, I decided to try something different and ordered the 7 piece special along with my usual 20 hotwings. I waited 25 minutes (there was hardly no one in this place) and they gave me FOUR chicken backs and 3 drumsticks. Cmon..who wants a bucket of CHICKEN BACKS! The hotwings were fine but the four chicken backs were old..discusting. Not to mention no appology for the long wait...just avoid this place.

Review written given reasonable expectations; KFC is KFC. That being said, this is a pretty decent spot. They always seem to be a bit short-staffed and disorganized, but the kids working there are working hard. No complaints about the food, I just felt bad for the people behind the counter scrambling to request change, trying alert fellow staff that they were out of certain items, and somehow managing to keep the line moving. Needs some work on the management front!

Menus are always up-to-date. Staff are always willing to help. Clean and sanitize all the time. Limited parking. But, drive-thru makes up for it with quick and reliable service for individuals on the go or in a hurry

What a sad buisness when they cant break a $50 dollar bill even after spending $30. They legitimately didnt have a $20 in the store. Then they through all the food away. Very bad management.
