For lunch prior to my son and daughter-in-laws evening wedding in August 2015, I ordered sandwiches and salads from Paneras catering menu for the bridal party and some guests. It is the first time I have used their catering service. The ordering process was very easy, and requested substitutions for some sandwiches were accommodated with no problem. The manager, Robert Curnow, reviewed my order and the number of guests and recommended some changes to reduce the order (which, by the way, had I agreed to, would have resulted in fewer leftovers). ;-) The order was packaged nicely; each 1/2 sandwich was wrapped and labeled individually, as were the cookies. Salads were fresh and delicious. The Catering Coordinator, Kirsten, was extremely courteous, delivered the order exactly on time to the hotel and even offered to set everything up for us (we thought it best to do ourselves as order was going to be split between several rooms). Everyone was very happy with lunch; it was fresh, delicious, refreshing (and effortless for the mother of the groom). ;-) Well worth the cost and I will surely use Panera catering again!

Most horrible franchise Ive ever ordered food from... if you or your elderly parents say youre taking food to go, the establishment takes advantage by putting one tomato slice, one onion slice the size of your thumbnail, one piece of wilting lettuce, one shred of sweet pepper, and spraying feta all over a $7 med veggie sandwich. Thats right folks, not a meat sandwich. Nor even a pickle included. Its the stingiest place imaginable. And this has happened multiple times, to the point I am convinced this a standard practice that the management encourages. My family are done with this place. Absolutely dont waste your money here. Youre better off making your own sandwich for a fraction of their obscene cost, and I assure you it will be better than their crap.

We ate in and service was great. I couldnt decide between black bean soup and corn chowder so they let me taste both. I chose the corn chowder which was amazing! I had the south west salad with sweet chili which was also amazing! Hubby had the Mediterranean sandwich which he enjoyed. The food was brought to our table which was nice. We had the mango smoothie with almond milk and the passion fruit green tea was delicious as well as the agave lemonade. I will be back here again and again. The staff was friendly and attentive. I love Panera and this is definitely one of my favorite locations.

Went to lunch with a friend after our gym workout. Perfect place to wine down and be served after you pay for your order. The atmosphere is nice and friendly. I just love how nice and courteous the staff is and how willing to be helpful and be of service. WOW! The next time I will give a tip in the tip jar! The workers their certainly deserve it!!

If you want to keep track of your calories this is the place to go but dont expect a well put together sandwich. Most of the time they are sloppy. Also be sure to check your order if your ordering out sometimes they get it wrong and sucks to have to go home and find out. Overall the food is tasty and the place is kept clean.

I love the woman who always takes my order unfortunately I cannot remember her name. If anyone ever says this place is slow its probably the customers ahead of you and not the staff. Super clean, efficient and despite my dislike for Panera coffee I love just about everything else especially the baked goods. Always fresh!

Food is always fast and delicious! I love the summer fruit and chicken salad, the soups are ALL amazing. I also enjoy their many tea and fruit flavor drinks, theyre very refreshing on hot days. My boyfriend loves the coffee and latte drinks, too. Always a great option in the area!

Utter deliciousness: their autumn squash soup, their soufflés, flat bread sandwiches, and so on. Also, the future lives in Panera and its fascinating. Order on a touch screen and have food brought directly to wherever you sit before you even interact with a human.

Convenient. You can order online, order from a kiosk in the restaurant, or have your order delivered. Soups are good. There is plenty of seating. Always check your order because this location tends to leave items out, especially from the bakery.

Not a huge menu, but the soups, salads and baked goods are all excellent. The service is also great. Im guessing that customer service is an emphasized part of their training, as the crew are consistently courteous, outgoing and helpful.

I put an order in for Rapid Pick Up and was very pleased with the result. I came in to pick up the food about 5 minutes after the order was sent and everything was well prepared and ready for me. The food was quality and tasty.
