If I could give it a no star I would. Horrible service. The guy at the counter is completely arrogant and mocks you. Who does that to a customer and a repete customer. I will never order here again or my business. Food quality has been getting worse. And prices are not consistent. Every time I ask to add peppers or blue cheese they add anywhere from 75 cents to $3.00. Every time I ask for a recommendation I get attitude and Ive been ignored out right before. Today he said a recommendation and I asked what is it, and he pointed to the wall. The sandwich wasnt on the wall. I said I dont see it and he muffled curses under his breath and after asking a third time politely asking if Im not seeing it he just throws a coupon at me. Please trust me, do not come here. Id rather eat at the Dunkin Donuts next door. Theyll try to fight you here and treat you horrible.

I wish I could give it more stars but I cannot in good conscience. The food was wonderful; flavorful, hot sandwiches and great pizza with a wide variety of toppings. Down side: the staff was awful. I get that Im not from here and just visiting but when you get ignored, get dirty looks and sarcastic remarks when asking questions, and when sitting down trying to enjoy your meal, the staff is clearly and openly pointing at you and laughing while making degrading comments; I cannot give a good review overall nor could I suggest going here. Maybe its best for take-out or if youre already a regular, but not meant for outsiders or visitors.

This place used to be good before they got new owners. I ordered for delivery they sent me burnt meatballs and the wrong item. I called back to tell them and they said they would send a new order. They came back with the same wrong order that they came the first time. I felt bad for the driver but I gave it back to him to bring back. 2 weeks ago I ordered penne and vodka sauce with chicken. When I opened it there were chunks of chicken thrown in there. I should of known by then. These new owners suck and they just throw food together and dont listen to what the customer wants and is paying for. Never again!

always a pleasure to eat at Cafe Amici! I have had the Linguini with Clam Sauce, perfectly fried mozzarella sticks (so rare to have them perfect). The service is always good, servers are upbeat and friendly, and dont try to rush you out (even in the busiest times). The owner is always on premise, so its a very well run operation. Whether youre going for a quck lunch or a family dinner, Cafe Amici is always a safe bet.

always consistently good fresh food, made to order. Takes time because it is all made fresh. Owner cooks, so. good. Nice people, love the pizza guy too! If I give the hubby a choice, this is where we go. Best eggplant rollatini . Try tha Amici salad if you like salad for your meal. its. big and delicious.

The staff were very kind and helpful. My wife ordered a grilled chicken wrap with honey mustard, which wasnt bad at all. I ordered the grilled sausage Parm and it was great! The bread was delicious. Great service and I recommend it if youre looking for a small town feeling Italian sub shop in the area.

I was pleasantly surprised to have such a fresh cheeseburger from Cafe Amici. Specifically, I had the California Cheeseburger and it was outstanding. I went to get one yesterday, and it was so good I went back today to get another one. Very fresh hamburgers. Youll enjoy it.

Terrible, Been ordering here for 3 years over the past 2 months food is garbage, not cooked, pizza is like soup, not cooked. Sal has a piss poor attitude also. We will not order here any longer and will tell all 200 employees here not to either. Stay away.

If you buy 1/2 of Cheese pizza (whole $11.75) and 1/2 of Margarita (whole $15.25), you never expect pay $20 for this order. I did such an order in multiple places and price always been less than price of more expencive component. But not here... :(

They take forever. New spot is creating a volume that they cant handle. They will waste your lunch time here. The food is good but its not worth waiting an hour for when you place the order ahead so you dont waste your lunch time.

this play is reaallly good there food is amazing and well worth the few extra dollers. they are a real italian place and makes real food. the only thing dont like is they dont deliver for dinner time only for lunch real bumer.
