NEVER seems to be a supervisor on, or the manager is one of the girls thats "working"... so basically no management. They hide in the back gossiping and ignore you hoping youll leave. God forbid you want a drink... thats just ridiculous. Going to a coffee shop for a coffee?! How dare you! These lazy jerks know how to do nothing very well. I just moved to the local area and this is the only Starbucks available without a 15-20 minute drive, which kills me because I love Starbucks. Youd think for someone that came in a lot theyd maybe just make you a coffee. These people are rude, and could care less. Ive been told multiple times theyre closed while other people are standing there with coffee at 8:50PM... I GET IT, YOUR CLOSING SOON, BUT IM NOT ASKING YOU TO MAKE ME DINNER, I JUST WANT A DAMN COFFEE. If they werent the only Starbucks in town I would never get another coffee here again.

More than half of the time I experience bad customer service at this location. I normally love starbucks, so its too bad that this one is a let down. :( My most recent experience there involved barista getting annoyed that she forgot to make my tea into a tea latte. She then complained to the other girl about having to remake it. After making it, she took the cup and shook it lightly to mix the tea and milk together. It spilled, she then took a rag to clean the cup and handed it to me with an annoyed look on her face. If that wasnt enough, she then called me out to start telling me, (with other customers in line who are now watching ) that there are two ways to making the drink I ordered. Wow. Although drinks are still yummy, expect to receive your drink with an attitude when coming here.

The customer service sucks mostly bc of one of the girls. She is rude and uprofessional. She get nasty and throws the drinks at the customers. Its okay to hate your job or be annoyed with how many people are there but you complain away from the customers.

A Starbucks much like any youll find in a casino or airport. All the amenities of a stand alone brick and mortar store. Friendly staff and speedy service. You need that pick me up after the exhausting shopping experience you just went through.
