the service is horrible. we were waiting at drive through and nobody answered. so we went to the front window and the lady was giving us an attitude for not answering. we said it might have been broken. and she was really rude towards us. so we asked for the manager (his name is HUDSON). the manager was saying that she is not giving us an attitude NOW(who says that) and told us if we were gonna take the food or not. OK. I have worked at a service industry and sometimes customers can be annoying but if she had a little sense she could have just said Im sorry about the situation. the lady is another story but the manager is the one that should take responsibility.

Drive through customers, Check your price before you make a payment. Cashier do not give you a special deals price. When I ask about special deals, at then you can get a write price. I do not expect great service to fast food restaurant, but their is a basic. But do not expect basic in this place. I am very sad this place is the only fast food restaurant in this area.

If youre too dumb to take my orders correctly, then at least be able to apologize when you spill drink all over my lap when handing it over. Stupid and douche, youre going places kid.

2 workers yelling at eachother over who will take the customers order, INFRONT OF THE CUSTOMERS. They were swearing and made the enviornment very uncomfortable. While 2 other staff members were laughing. Not the best place.

They keep it pretty clean here. The food is good, sometimes not as hot as Id like it. They keep up with the most current promotions and they accept all BK coupons. Overall one of the better Burger Kings in my area.

Poor food and service. The managers tell the employees to upgrade your meal if you dont specify a size, which is deceptive because your meal will not match the price on the menu board.

pleasant but not the fastest burger king ive seen. I remember this spot was one of the first to revamp with the new logo. Now its just aging over.
