I gave this place 2 stars because the food is still fresh, but the customer service is rotten. First of all, I went there for lunch and there was only 2 ladies helping out, among themselves they were complaining about how shorthanded they were and how the boss should hire more people. Then I proceeded to make my order of 4 sandwiches and the girl (who never smiled once) looked at me like I was cursing at her because I was ordering 4 sandwiches. It was 3 whole wheat and 1 Italian sandwich, she doesnt ask what toping goes on what bread so when I realize she put the wrong toping on the wrong bread I tell her and she looked at me with angry eyes and made me feel like I was the worst human being on earth. After all that I proceeded to pay and I just asked the other lady that was there if the receipt gave me an itemized amount for each sandwich and she looked at me with a "duhhhh" face and then after a few seconds of silence finally just said, "yeah". At this point I was feeling a certain way so I tell her..."I know you guys are busy, but you guys should smile more often, because customers like myself feel a certain way and it doesnt look good for the business." She said to me, "Well, thats difficult for us to do." I then said, "It shouldnt be." and condescendingly she replied with, "Have a great day." and gave me a cheap smile. Rude people suck and thats why Im putting this Subway on blast! Yall have a great day!

I had ordered a cold cut combo, the lady comes out with these "all in one" slab of cold cuts, and I asked her oh I thought it included salami, because the cold cuts she put on my sandwich literally looked like only turkey bologna and ham. She says, "its all there." I know it says in parenthesis turkey based but Im still not even sure if its all the cold cuts. The point is she was insanely rude and pretty much shrugged me off like she didnt give a crap, and moved on to the next person. It wasnt busy she could have just explained its all the cold cuts that are turkey based etc. Just poor customer service. We had gone here because we found out we lived closer to it then the subway on lakeview, but we will only be going to the subway from lakeview from now on.

There is one guy who works there with very long nails, even if they wear gloves I think he should not have nails that long for someone making sandwiches, after seeing that not going to that subway anymore. Always lost my appetite seeing that.

Staff very nice.. but they sold me a fountain drink and then there were flies in my frozen ice and dirt....when we told the staff so they could be aware...the response was yeah the machine has a problem, its dirt.

Its the same as all the rest. Only this place still makes the Big Hot Pastrami, a lot of Subway locations stopped carrying it. Staff is friendly and polite.
