I agree with the other posts. I used to come here often, but lately the service has been absolutely horrible. Last week I was standing in line and an elderly man was behind me. Since there was no organized line and no guidance from the employees who were taking orders, the elderly man was not served after us, but after 4 other customers who came in after him. It was a little upsetting to see, especially since while my friend and I were walking out after finishing both of our "value" meals, he was JUST receiving his order, which, might I add was a small coffee...black. Does it really take that long to pour a simple cup of coffee for a man who obviously had trouble standing? In regards to the "value," the fact that the employees got my order wrong THREE times in a row does not exactly contribute to its value. Come on, how do you mistake a chicken sandwich (the long one) for a whopper? Theyre not even the same shape, nor are they anywhere near each other on the menu! Oh, might I add, they made the same mistake all three times, and each time I opened my bag and gave them back their product, they simply put it back on the shelf as if no one had touched it. Speaking of a lack of cleanliness, the tables had a nice sticky coating of unknown substances on it. Dont get me wrong, it does give the tables a nice shine, but it is not pleasant to touch, nevermind eat your food off of. Oh, and the little girl sticking her fingers in all of the soda spouts and ketchup container wasnt very appetizing either. Another problem I observed in the same visit was poor management. There was a line of customers that reached the door, and the manager had the nerve to disregard all of the waiting customers, and yell to the kitchen to make her food so that she can take it home. On her way out, with her bag full of BK food, she screamed orders in Spanish to her employees over the heads of all of the customers. Just a little rude, dont you think? It seemed as if she was very self-centered and didnt care about her employees or customers. I understand this is a fast food restaurant and not five star restaurant, but its not very hard to give a customer what they ordered, maintain a orderly system, and keep the place at least A LITTLE clean!

When we pulled up to the menu we were asked to wait a minute. We waited almost 5 minutes at the drive thru menu before asking to take our order. After or order was placed we waited almost ten minutes by the pick up window before being asked to pull away from the window because our order wasnt ready and was told theyd bring it out to us. When they finally did, they have us regular fries instead of the onion rings and sweet potato fries that we paid extra for. We went inside to complain and the worker behind the counter took our fries from the bag and put them back into the fry bin where they scoop the fries from for new orders which is really disgusting. We could have touched those fries before bringing them back into the store which they are now going to serve to other customers.

This place is a like circus. Where is the managers? Food is dried out and cold. Workers are loud and fooling around with their frends that are vistiting them. Just terrable. .. everyone needs to be trained on customer service and new management needs to be put there ASAP....nothing but a ring circus. I visited this place on March 26th at 9pm.

Horrible customer service!! I had to wait at the drive thru for 10 min just to put my order in. There were 5 cars ahead of me. After I finally get to place my order all 5 cars ahead of me had already been served and they were gone. Which means to me they cant serve and take orders at the same time

They do make mistakes at times I have to back and have my order correct now I check it before I leave. At times the cheese on burger is not melted its cold the staff is very nice I lke to give a shout out to shirley of clifton nj burger king bery nice lady and to marya bery nice

The 1 star review is only because I cant give this place 0 stars or negative stars. Beware bait and switch here. They claim to be out of the .79 cent hot dogs but are willing to sell you $2 hot dogs. This is total nonsense. Dont give these thieves your money. Go anywhere else.

Great value. Great food. Terrible service. Place is usually filled with obnoxious and loud teens. Orders take forever. I am giving it an extra star now, as of January 2014, thanks to the new girl who works there at the register who provides a decent service.

It took 20 minutes to get our correct order. They were out of some entrees, most soda flavors, and had no kids toys. There were workers in the kitchen eating with their gloves on and then not changing their gloves before making food. Never returning.

Worst drive thru ever. The lady spoke barely English, I couldnt understand what she was saying When I walked inside to actually make the order, she had an attitude Food was garbage to top it off No wonder why they are no longer #2 behind McDonalds

About what I expect from a chain. The service was fine and fast. The one problem I have with this location is that after several remodels the mens room door still opens directly to the urinal! How about a little privacy?!

Their drive thru is suuuuper slow. They really need to do something about that. And sometimes they forget a few things on my order so be sure to check your food before you leave. Overall i love Bk though!

An ok place not that bad. It just drive-through speaker is a little bit too loud. And the person that works the drive-through talks really loud as well. But other than that its not a bad place

I once went late at night and when I asked for a burger, they said they ran out. Really?!? I gave it 2 stars b/c its usually my go to place when I want fast food, but its still pretty bad.
