THIS PLACE IS THE WORST!!!!....GO TO MCDONALDS ACROSS THE STREET....PLEASE i hope the checkers corporation will READ this and do something about the horrible service!!! The employees here dont give a shyt about customer service and who ever owns this business the ladies who take the orders from the drive up customers IS KILLING YOUR BUSINESS!!!!! foul and RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL and lacking of any customer service skills, the lady tonight tells me to drive to the other drive thru to place my order after i have sat in the one empty line that was clearly open, with no signage at the drive up box that they werent taking any orders from that particular lane, SHE openly and loudly tells me thru the speaker : DIDN"T I TELL YOU THAT ALREADY"...HUH!!..who speaks to their customers in such an UNPROFFESIONAL MANNER????...im telling everyone i know DON"T GO TO CHECKERS< GO TO MCDONALDS across the street until MANAGEMENT cleans that place up...THE EMPLOYEES ARE KILLING YOUR BUSINESS!!!!!....i love the banana shakes so i want to go to checkers, BUT WHO WANTS TO SPEND THEIR MONEY WITH A BUNCH OF DISRESPECTFUL EMPLOYEES!!!...I SAY GO TO MCDONALDS across the street or wendys..UNTIL MANAGEMENT CLEANS THAT PLACE UP!!!!........THE EMPLOYEES ARE KILLING YOUR BUSINESS!!!!...I have had several bad experience here...but tonight was the worst, so im letting someone know at checkers corp to please look into this place...there are several poor reviews and everybody cant be wrong....

I use to love coming to this checkers but in the months to year past it has been a ratchet place. The servers and drive thru workers are rude and disrespectful. I went thru the drive thru one night and you know theyre known for the double drive thru. The right side was a little fuller so since I had passengers I went to the left side. The lady rudely ignored me and kept taking orders for one, but then when she finally answered she told me the left side was closed! Okay no problem then I said Im not an complete ass so I backed up and went to the right side .. Mind you two more cars were now in front of me. Then someone pulls up on the left side about 2mins later. They order was taken and it was only ONE person in the car which means shell have to lean to her passenger window to pay and receive her order.. But wasnt the left side just closed? Didnt I just lose my spot on the line and have to back up to re enter that same line? Ill never go here again and the sarcasm and disregard was horrible I was really pissed that they did such a thing and then shrugged like oh well next ... Smh

The service was extremely poor and the employees couldnt have been any more ghetto nor unprofessional. I was told that my order was cooking and then asked if I wanted to wait the 7 minutes until it was finished. Thinking that 7 minutes wasnt going to be that long I decided to wait. I pulled over into the parking lot and was harassed by pan handlers. Soon the 7 minutes turned into 10...15... now its 20 minutes and no one has come to the car with my food. I went into the lobby and then to the window and the employee that took my order look at me surprisingly and said "oh I forgot" and asked the person she was on the phone with to hold on. I just shook my head. She then retrieved my order and passed it to another employee that was on he cell phone. There was no apology just a passing of my order. Perhaps they were too busy on the phone to be able to give good customer service, needless to say I will never return to this store nor would I recommend this establishment to anyone else.

I love their food however, this store has huge issues with customer service. I rarely write any reviews, i have probably written like 3 all of my life but as soon as i left their parking lot i pulled out my phone and started to write in hopes that someone in corporate can see this and fix it. In one occasion i asked if they had chilly cheese fries and what sizes did they come in. Her response was, whatever you see on the menu we have (in a nasty tone). Seriously, out of 50 things that are on that menu you want me to find it in less than 3 seconds because lets not forget that i have cars behind me. A simple "yes" would suffice. Seriously, lets worry about hirong people that are right for the spot, not just fill up some vacancies.

The service in this establishment was exxxxtremely horrible!!! The employees are rude, disrespectful and are clearly unfit to do the job. Upon returning an order that was wrong and returning sandwiches that were not labeled and therefore not capable of being differentiated my boyfriend was told "thats their problem". They were slow to come to the window in the beginning because they were too concerned with gossiping with one another. There definitely needs to be some firing done there. SUCH A WASTE OF TIME. This is not the first time I have received such poor service from this place either but hey I gave a second chance. Fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me. You are better off going to the Checkers on Route 22.

Horrible service. Mostly its the rude ladies at the window that make u change yr mind about having a banana milkshake or fries. Checkers in this location makes sense. But this type of Checkers???.... The staff here act like theyr personally upset with u. Like u did something to them. They treat u with absolutely no respect. They mak u feel uncomfortable like u dont kno if u should trust them with handling yr food or yr loved ones food. And the constant Junkie Panhandlers everywhere begging for money or food, "is just a ridiculous". Then if u dont giv them money, they get rude and nasty with u too. Management definitely lacks control of this establishment. I hope Checkers CEO reads this!

Decided to get some 2 am munchies here on 05/11/16. Checkers has a reputation for great fries and service but this time was pretty bad. First of the drive through agent was very impatient when we ordered. When we pulled up to the window she let me know they had no tomatoes for my BLT. I was fine with this but I should have been told at ordering. Asked for a diet coke but got regular , asked for ranch for my wings but window was slammed and worker walked away. Only giving it 2 stars cause I love me some checkers fries.

Absolutely the slowest Checkers Ive ever been to service sucks people are absolutely rude the owners should be shot for hiring these people absolutely no pride in anything they do here food with the throne in the bag wasnt properly wrapped was an absolute mess I had to go back around and go inside and get the order replaced and they still managed to throw it and dump the fries in the bottom of the bag I dont know what anybody was thinking when they hired This Crew

I used to come here more often but I got tired of sitting in the drive-thru line for 20 minutes each time I went. And the people who work there arent the friendliest people on the face of the earth. The beggars who come to your car windows constantly are. The food is good if youve had it before. I recommend the garlic parm wings personally. Or anything with chili and cheese.
