They messed up my order so bad. I ordered 2 classic chicken sandwiches, a ten piece chicken nuggets, a whopper jr., a cheeseburger with no pickles, the spicy chicken fingers and an bacon A1 cheeseburger. #1 they give a my whopper jr. #2 the chicken fingers were regular, not the Buffalo flavor. #3 I Googled their phone number and I called (like 20 times), and it just rang, I mean I live in Newark, NJ. I was not about to drive all the way back just because their shift was almost over and get ready to go home for Christmas Eve but I bought food for my kids and I expect to get what I pay for.!! I honestly will not order here again, well at least not thru the drive thru.!

They refused my coupon because "we havent put it in the system yet" and was then told "all the other coupons can be used, just not that one" Since the HORRIBLE manager refused to help so I drove to Lyndhurst, they were happy to take my coupon, have a much cleaner and friendlier facility and staff. I will NEVER EAT AT THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN!!! I highly suggest not wasting your time at this place, sadly I put up with the rude staff, and borderline rats nest because it was close and convenient on lazy nights I didnt want to cook, now Ill just drive two minutes longer to go to a place that knows how to run a business and more importantly knows what customer service is...

Its been 15min, its almost 9pm, cant wait to get home, theres a guy back there screaming at the voice thing waiting to get his order. This is very common in this store. Its close to my house and I come here frequently. Waiting time exceeds 20 min sometimes. I just wish I could post a video to show the guy screaming at the voice communicator lol. Its a shame... Anywho, still waiting and most likely my order is wrong, no straw, no napkins, no sauce....

Thank to a worker by the name Edwina Ramirez I got my food fast and very hot which in the past I wasnt getting that service she is very good and very friendly and fast with the orders I never seen a worker so dedicated to her job I will continue to come here just because of the service and dedication she has

Weres the rest of the meat. I took chz off to show how small burgers were. But chz bigger than bun but burger to small. Most places burger to big for bun. I know its only a dollar but bun to big. I want a chz burger not chz sandwich with a little meat on it and chz was cold not even melted

This place is horrible..takes way too long and they dont have half the stuff on their menu..they NEVER have the iced and they always use the excuse that the machine is broken..Ive been living near this BK for 10 years an its still not fixed..this place needs new management..

Managers always look unhappy and are very rude to their employees. I am always waiting at least 10 minutes for my food, whether its a big or small order. The bathrooms are always dirty. They need a new management team. They are just nasty.
