I recently visited cold stone creamery and had an awful experience. Upon arrival the girl working at the counter was having a conversation with two of her girlfriends that were not working. She did not bother to stop her conversation to greet us. We waited until she decided to come and help us. We ordered 2 small ice creams-founders favorite and peanut butter overload. In between asking us what we wanted she continued her conversation as if we were interrupting her. Very rude. The manager came out and witnessed this happening, did not give us a greet, and said nothing to her employee being obviously disrespectful to guests. We paid $12 for 2 ice creams. Price could have been justified with decent service, however the girl working the counter did not even give us the respect to put her conversation on hold. Wrote into corporate and the next day I recieved a phone call from the Manager at the Brick Cold Stone, and instead of beginning with an apology she tried to justify her employee. All around awful customer service, and management. With stiff competition on the Jersey Shore for ice cream places you would think that Cold Stone would at least try to step up.

What a poor poor example of professionalism. The staff is rude, the owner is rude, completely unprofessional. If you hate your job that much, you should seek employment else where. It is not my fault youre miserable where you are, I am just providing you business getting ice cream. I shouldnt feel like I am a bother to you. Owning such a well known business, you should take pride in what you do, if not, dont do it. Its pretty simple. Being in the public eye means being professional and understanding. If you cant do that, dont be in the public eye. If youre interested in being treated like youre being a bother for providing a company business, this is the right place to go to.

Ive always loved Cold Stone ice cream so i was excited to go to the place and get some but for some reason it was pretty bad, its in the late OCT and the ice cream was melting like its 90 degree out, ive had Cold Stone in FL and other places and it was never like this , the texture is a lot more i would say "chewy" usually but this ice cream was almost like liquid. taste like one of those cheap generic ice cream from the market. I aint coming here again fam, yall violated me , peace .

This ice cream place sucks!!!! Even if this is local for you, go out of your way to a different one. Such poor customer service! The girls are so rude its insane. I wish I could give this a 0 star rating. I had an issue with them and when I spoke with the manager she did nothing to fix it! Then when I spoke with the owner of the store he had the same NASTY attitude that everyone in that place has. Would never ever go back there or recommend. EVER!!! Absolutely disgusting.

The customer service here is ATROCIOUS!! The ladies rarely smile and the girl who served me recently even ROLLED HER EYES AT ME !! Inexcusable honestly. I come here often and I always try to tip nice yet the ladies are still impolite and hostile. I will not be returning to this location again. Disgusting

Bought a cake a week in advance and it wasnt ready when I arrived to pick it up and they put the cake in the wrong sized box so after getting home it was moved and ruined for my sisters baby shower. Not professional. Shouldve been in a better sized kept box!!! No excuses. Brick, NJ location.

There was no customer service. I aint got no gummy bears, ya kno? Presented on the front of the store is a poster and my ice cream failed to resemble said poster of ice cream. Like the 1990s movie space jam, I wanna fall in a golf hole and never come out.
