We went here looking for Italian pastries, and we found some here. The crumb cake was great if you like mostly huge crumbs. I like an equal balance of cake. You can see from my pictures that theres hardly any cake. It wasnt what I expected after reading that they had the best crumb cake anywhere (and a customer told me the same while I was in the store). The cannolis were just bad. Skip them. The shells were soft, the custard was dense, tasteless, and hardly any chocolate chips (I bought 5, one had none). They were covered by way too much powdered sugar also. Black and White cookie was ok. Moderately priced place...what you would expect for the shore, but not worth it. Id find an authentic Italian place next time and pay the same or more for better taste.

There was a very limited selection of baked goods. Cupcakes tasted like they grabbed the discounted, due that day cupcakes from shoprite. Then waited a couple more days for the cake to completely dry out and get hard before selling. Only reason for 2 stars instead of one is because the person that helped us was nice. I will not go back again.

This bakery is the best bakery in the Lavalette area. It has great crumb cakes, brownies, cinnamon breads, and more. The staff is very helpful. I definitely reccomend coming here if you take a visit to Lavallete, Seaside Heights, or Ortley Beach.

Try the cinnamon bread; theyll slice it for you. It makes perfect french toast. I wish they had winter hours.
