Perfect if you like cold soup with hair! Very awkward moment walking in this place first they give me the wrong order and then when I correct them in a kind way this manager who happens to be a very young child seemed very annoyed with me I guess she was busy on her iphone but was very rude and unprofessional and as I walk with my order to find a table every table was dirty and sticky aswell as the floor I cleaned my own table and sit to eat my soup only to find a long blonde hair and the soup was cold! Very poor management and food I suggest they get new management and new staff or drop the business. After reading these reviews I feel like a idiot for going there.

Seemed like a place with cool atmosphere. Was given the wrong food because they ran out of what I wanted. Instead of discussing it with me, they substituted my meal, hoping I might not notice...which seems a little crazy. The wait staff was apologetic, while managements apathy left something to be desired.

I had no dislikes I love the service the managers are awesome the service I can talk more about it the food is delicious I love it love it love it Audrey yes well shes a great manager she came over one time and just took over and complete courtesy kindness it was the best and I go there every week

Very bad experience here. They were out of many things including avocado and salmon. The soup I had was served luke warm at best and was very gummy. The meat on the half of sandwich was disgusting. Many young workers with little oversight. I would not go back.

I had the tuna sandwich ,I could not get close enough to take a bit ,it smelled so bad .they said it was just made .l said when this year i will not go there again they should have a adult in charge instead of teenagers . ps bottled water was good

Definitely has the feel of a chain restaurant, but a really nice chain restaurant. The atmosphere is laid-back and comfy they have very good Wi-Fi and the food is always tasty

Butternut squash soup, Waldorf chicken salad sandwich... The best. Friendly, comfortable, and delicious.. We ego a half hour out of our way, its worth it

I call this place fake Panera. Because its like Panera but without the "clean" food. I like Panera better, but this will do. I can get a good salad here.
