Very Bad Customer Service. had to send food back for refund, called ahead to inform them, said no problem. when my daughter went back w/food as she was the one who picked it up, she was embarrassed in front of other patrons by the third degree and they had people taste some ham that they said they use in their calzones. the calzones were not hot, ham calzone was terrible and the slice of pizza was very dry like ( cardboard ) that had been sitting there all day. I called them back after hearing about my daughters upsetting experience, the guy who answered phone said owner was tending bar and refused to talk to me. they made excuses for the pizza, said it probably sat on top of oven for 25 min. more waiting for our pickup. they gave us time frame of 15-20 min. my daughter arrived in less than 20 so time frame doesnt add up. I told him that the one slice is a bad representation of what their pizza pie would be like. I work in customer serv. all day and I would never think of treating a customer that way. I guess they feel they have get a good bar business and that their isnt any need for good food or good customer service, because its almost impossible to screw up a beer. I dont usually write reviews but this was necessary!!!!!!!!!! very, very dissatisfied J.R. ( Branchville )

What have you done to your service. A&G Pizza has had the best pizza for years. Now in the last couple of months something has changed. The crust is thin, there is no crust on the outside of the pizza, and the taste is blaaaaahhhhh. When I get home sometimes the pie is not what I ordered. Now I have to open the box when I pick-up to make sure it is what I ordered. Please go back to what you were doing months ago. I cant spend my money on what you are currently serving.

Not sure what happened to the portion sizes. We have been ordering there for four years. Only recently has the portion sizes shrunk. Maybe its just for delivery, but I spent 20 bucks with delivery and tip, on pene vodka and chicken and it was half full. Third time in three months that the portions were small. It wasnt always that way. Something changed.

I love this place, they are so friendly here and they allow people of all ages to come and have a beer or a pizza. They have a large menu and I love their subs. I never see a frown and i never see this place empty. Your happy when you come in but your happier when your stomach is filled with the laughs and food of this wonderful pizzeria.

Just had a Pepperoni Pizza delivered to my home. I dont know what the delivery driver did to it, but the cheese was all over to the side of the box. Tried to fix it but I wound up throwing most of it out. The slice and a half that I managed to salvage was awful. Cheese made me sick. I will never order from here again!

A great pizza place if youre into bone dry crust, greasy cheese, surprise substitutions, and paying extra for toppings you didnt order. BONUS: arguing with the rude employees in front of loud drunks!!!

They make a good steak and cheese sub, but I cant recommend anything else. The atmosphere there is pretty nice. I bet it would be a nice place to hang out if you lived in town.

This is a childhood favorite place growing up in Branchville. Sicilian pizza is by far the best around. Highly recommend getting it well done.

Pizzas moderate, a bit greasy, and when theres a lot of people its crazy, but its a good choice, I come here every two months or so.
