I use to be a regular customer but now will not go back. My wife called to place an order for pickup. I have been getting a Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad. Very good I might add. Well a girl answered the phone when my wife ordered and said they havent made them for 4 years. If you do a little looking around, you see on the printable menu that it was last updated on 5/2014. So if thats the case and the salad is listed on there, then she was either lying or they are about 2 years behind what she claimed in not making it for the last 4 years. When my wife said I have been getting before and the last time less that 3 weeks ago, she rudely told my wife to hold. She came back and again said "We dont make it". The girl was rude and abrupt about it and didnt say sorry or offer any explanation why we had been getting it for the past year. So, I am glad they are so well off that they can afford to be so rude to customers who have showed allegiance for many years, but no longer.

An employee of this establishment refused to deliver to my apartment complex today, citing dangerous elements (aka: people not white) saying it wasnt safe for their driver-- despite my complex being within their listed delivery area. When I spoke to the owner about this he was VERY rude, and tried to doublespeak and claim it was because the apartment is too complex to deliver to in spite of what his employee had just stated. I should mention that I have lived here for 2 1/2 years and we have had NO police incidents, robberies, or anything like that. The complex is set up on a very simple rectangle with a central parking lot and is NOT complex in structure. If they do not want the business of ALL residents of Berlin they should get the business of NO residents of Berlin.

What can I say....This place use to be a go to spot in the area for pizza and sandwiches but my how it has fallen. Everyone has a bad night here and there so I like to give places multiple chances. 3 strikes and your out in my book. The pizza has been under cooked over sauced low on cheese and toppings. The sandwiches are a complete joke, 80% wet roll 20% meat. We wont be back, much much better choices in the same area.

Love this scottos. The food is great. We always get a Sicilian and its always delicious. They have great mild wing sauce, the salads are huge, specialty slices are great.. I could continue. Definitely the best pizza place around.

Get Dominos instead. Bland, expensive and poor quality. The staff is clueless about customer service and charge too much for garbage. Save your wallet they upcharge from the menu too!

Best pizza around. The taco pizza is to die for. The Sicilian pizza is out of this world. It tastes exactly like the pizza my grandmother use to make They use quality ingredients

Been eating here the past 4 year and my family absolutely love the wings ans fries. They are some time a hit or miss with the pizza and cheese steaks... But otherwise amazing!

Nice local pizza place with good sandwiches too! Berlin Brewery is across street so nice nite out if you like craft beer! Scottos delivers to the brewery!

Best pizza in the entire area, hands down. I love all of their food. Buffalo chicken cheesesteaks are awesome too! So are their wings.

I live in Hammonton and I still go to Scottos. They make the best Pizza around. There sandwiches are excellent. Great food and service.
