I ordered pecking shredded beef and got a bowl full of beef and vegetables (basically peppered steak but with other kinds of veg) I was so upset so, I called back to complain and after begging him to offer me a alternative I ordered the crispy beef with orange sauce. I get home and the meat Im biting into is white so its definitely not beef, my husband said they probably used chicken to cut down on the loss of the beef meal I returned to them. Its not my fault you advertised your food wrong. Now I cant eat the food just in case its not even chicken... Im not impressed. Will not be going back ever! The staff in the shop are friendly and welcoming though, I will say that. The place was also cleaner than many other Chinese spots Ive been to.

i usually order chinese food from nutley then one day i was shopping in the bellieville plaza i decided to try out china star.. and omg the chicken broccoli is just amazing... the guy that took my order was cool too. ever since that day i been ordering chinese food there and no where else. no other chinese restaurant in nj can compare!

Patient on the phone while friends were loud in background...free dumplings, however, the taste isnt the best, but the consistency is oddly pleasurable. The wonton soup is f#@king delicious "friend comment". Better with beer all around. "thought I had to go to china for such exquisite cuisine"

Horrible the delivery guy will not give the food to you unless you give him a tip. Just recently my husband gave him $2 and the delivery asked for one more $1. Definitely not ordering from them again.

I have to say I LOVE this chinese place. Everything that Ive ever ordered was excellent. You have to try the "House special Dumplings" Steamed or Fried they are to Die for!!

Food quality is excellent and tastes great. A keeper. Quick delivery. By the way ask for chop sticks as they dont deliver unless you mention that.
